I have had wonderful experiences at Elysian Nails & Spa in Green Valley since my first visit in May 2026! My nail technician, Flower, is fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it easy to unwind from the moment I walked in. Flower is friendly and engaging, and our conversation made the appointment even more enjoyable. I was also impressed by the huge selection of nail polish colors, with plenty of beautiful options to choose from. Pat McCarthy Quail Creek · Just now · I normally don't publish dissatisfaction with businesses unless I really received poor customer service but I wish to share my bad experience with Elysian Nail & Spa's employee, Tyler. I had a basic manicure on Saturday with this technician and upon arriving home, some of the polish was bubbling and a few nails had blemishes on them. I was careful after he was finished and stayed long enough for the manicure to dry but he did put a very thick layer of overcoat on the nails to "protect" them. He seemed in a rush and left me at the station to allow time for drying my nails, but like I said, after ample time, several hours later I had blemishes on the nails. I returned to the salon and in sharing my concerns, Tyler went ballistic and told me regular nail polish doesn't last. I hate gels. He insisted this was my problem, but he would redo them just this one time. He proceeded to coat over the blemished nails and reapply more thick top coating and I waited another one-half hour for them to dry and again, makiang the blemishes even more apparent. I had my pedicure there with another technician and she was wonderful. Needless to say, I would not recommend Tyler. He only seems to want to do gel, acrylic or powder nails, none of which are healthy for your nails. I did want to mention that Anna did my pedicure and she was great. I just recently moved here so was looking for a nail salon. I tried this one first. Yesterday I had a very nice but long (1-1/2 hrs) dip fill. The nail tech did a very nice job and my nails look great. She was super sweet. So I booked an appt for today to get a pedicure. I was told that it would be $65 for a paraffin wax pedi. I wanted just regular polish not gel but was only given the gel option. This was with a different tech. She did a very good job and when she checked me out she charged me $80! For a pedicure! They don't post their services or prices so it's hard to know what you will pay. Not sure I will go back. Way more expensive than even Scottsdale salons where I used to live. Between the 2 services I paid $135 compared to $100 for both in Scottsdale. read more

I called the day before to make an appointment and was sure to ask if they did elderly feet in desperate need of attention. They assured me they did. The kindness and care they showed brought tears to my eyes. They were so patient and didn't make him feel embarrassed about how bad his feet were. They are under new management so give them a try. Yesterday was my first time getting my nails done here. I was a bit nervous because I am very picky about shaping my nails but wow let me tell you I was amazed!! I LOVED the way they came out and everyone is so lovely there. Tyler did my acrylic fill and I am more than pleased. It was 60$ so comparable to other places but BETTER quality nails for sure. Fantastic first visit! Anna was terrific! Reasonable prices. I usually stick to regular DIY nail polish but I was ready to try a my first salon gel manicure. I did some research ahead of time to figure out the various options, soft, hard, poly, etc. I chose this nail salon bcuz of its positive reviews. The place looks very clean and organized, there were lots of other customers too. I had minimal waiting time upon arrival. FYI- Appt only, this is easy and fast online. Anna was terrific! She is professional, skilled, kind, and thorough yet speedy. She asked questions about each phase to ensure that I got the exact shape, color, thickness and texture that I desired. Anna was gentle, using the perfect amount of pressure during cuticle preparation. She also did many quality checks throughout the service to make sure my nails were clean and shaped correctly, with no excess product or residue under/around my nails. She knew exactly what kind of design I wanted and did NOT try to upsale any other services to me which I appreciate. I was pleasantly surprised when she gave me a moisturizing hand/arm massage which was also included. Anna completed the service right on time without setbacks, delays or rushing through the service. "Zero is not an option" I had been going here for the past year & a half. They have an online appointment system, just beware because they will move the time (with in minutes of your scheduled time) back 30/45 minutes and act like you made the change for the later appointment . I learned early on not to accept the change. I still arrived prior to the appointment/and they act like your so early. I pointed out that they tried to change it & if I wanted that time, I would have scheduled it. Once I called them out on that, they stopped doing it to me but for the last three appointments, they ran at least 30 minutes late. The last time I crossed their door step was yesterday. My appointment was at 9am and I walked in at 9:01am. Flower and her daughter told me that I should have called if I was going to be late after I stood there for 5 minutes. I saw at least 3 folks sitting in chairs with nobody working on them-waiting with their feet in water. I asked Flower how long it would be...to not be answered. After asking for the third time, she finally answered 30 or 40 minutes. I said that was not acceptable and left. There are other nail salons in Green Valley that charge less & do a better job, just a bit further to drive is all. Lesson learned. ***after speaking with my neighbor, she voiced that the same happened to her at this salon in November 2024. I may try her recommendation next time. read more

I figured the pricing was in line with all other nail salons, so didn't figure I needed to ask... Wrong! The pedicure was okay and the establishment was clean with friendly staff (hence 2-stars), but getting blind sighted with a $60 charge for a very basic male pedicure is absolutely ridiculous!! Time to re-evaluate your business strategies if you want repeat customers... I can throw a rock and hit a nail salon that does the same job for a much more reasonable amount. read more

I went to Elysian for a pedicure before my wedding and I will never go back. I went to this salon because of the positive reviews but my experience with Elysian could not have been worse. It was truly one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. The salon was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. There was a good selection of nail polish colors. The gentleman who greeted me was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, it was all downhill after this. The lady who did my pedicure was wearing a dress, which I thought was a bold choice since she was straddling the chair while trying to cover herself. It was a little awkward to say the least. She had her airpods in and was watching her show while doing my nails. I'm not much for conversation, but I did think it was a little inconsiderate to be ignored outright. I received a haphazard massage. One foot got massaged, the other didn't. One foot got a pumice stone, the other didn't. She clearly wasn't paying attention since she was watching her show. The worst part was that she absolutely butchered my cuticles with the cuticle cutter. She hacked off the top of my nails and ripped off the sides for some unknown reason. Before I could even say anything, my big toenails were ruined. I left the salon bleeding. It was horrible. read more

I came to this salon for an acrylic removal and gel manicure. They began removing my acrylics by taking a nail tip and quite literally digging it under the acrylic to rip it off my finger. They literally dig under your nail and rip the glue and acrylic off, which is not only painful but leaves your nails incredibly damaged. I should have stopped the nail tech right away but honestly I was in shock. When taking off my left thumb acrylic she ripped so hard that it took off some of my real nail with the acrylic. She actually ripped a section of my nail off leaving me bleeding profusely. To my surprise she kept going like it was nothing. I can understand minor cuts and tears it has happened to me plenty of times, but this was so painful that I had to stop the appointment. I was bleeding nonstop and my finger was throbbing in pain. I just hope I don't get an infection as my nail bed is exposed from where a portion of my nail was torn off. To make it worse she acted like she wanted me to pay for the partial service! I couldnt quite understand what the tech was saying, but it sounded like she was blaming me for having brittle nails. My nails were only brittle from having my acrylics ripped off! I have never seen a "professional" salon remove acrylics like this in my life and it's not the correct way to remove them. This is so damaging and honestly lazy. I hope for their sake my finger does not get infected. Seemed like a nice clean salon, but I can't recommend based on this horrible experience. read more

Since my last review, Tony left this salon and I had a chance to work with other nail artists. I have to admit every one of them is highly skillful and friendly. I really like that they check with you throughout the process to make sure that you are getting the exact shape of nails you want. I wear very short nails and prefer a natural look. In the past I have not been lucky to get the same shape of nails every time I go to do my nails and normally if I get a good artist I try to book with them. But I am truly amazed that it does not matter who you go to in this salon the results are the same high quality. Leave happy every time. read more

This is my first time at this Salon. I regularly get my nails done. I came in as a walk in and was able to get in with a 10 minute wait. The first thing I noticed is how clean the salon is kept. The Polish station is clean, up to date and has hundreds of colors to choose. The woman that gave me the Manicure was super fast and did an amazing job! Her daughter gave me the Pedicure and they both were very nice and professional! I am super excited to find a fabulous salon on this side of town. I definitely will continue to get my Manis/Pedis here. The pricing is a bit higher than some of the competitors in the area but the service and salon justify a few dollars more! I couldn't be MORE pleased with my experience at Elysian Spa. I took a risk and walked in to see if I could get my nails filled. They said they could help me in a few mins and to pick out a color. They have a huge selection of quality polishes bothers gel and traditional and dip nails. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Lynn was so sweet, she did my nails and I can honestly say it is definitely the BEST nails I've ever had! She is an absolute perfectionist and made sure everything was perfect. Stopped by in person and suggested something might be wrong with their phone since they never got back to me. I was told, in so many words, they were so busy they couldn't find time to respond to me. Huh? Asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I said...No, as you're not the only nail salon in town and since you're so 'busy', you apparently don't need my business or money. We had already had our pedicures done at another salon, who actually answered their phone and gave us an appointment the next day.
