I have a smaller house but the attic was a mess. A few years ago a tree was dropped on the house as it was being transported over the house. It was raining and the attic was full of debris and dirt. I bought the house knowing this but didn't know that I could smell the dirt in the house. Just wow! We recently had EcoChoice Come and remove the old Asbestos blow in insulation from our addict while they were here they found The ducting for our air conditioner and heating unit was in bad shape. So we went ahead and had them replace the ducting as well as remove the old insulation. We have not used our air conditioning or heating system since you they did the ducting (two days ago) because we wanted to purchase a new air filter. I purchased the new air filter today and just turned on the system for the first time. First thing I noticed was that everything is functioning perfectly and the unit is quieter than we ever thought it could be. The guys worked very hard and did an excellent job. I provided lunch for them coffee and a little tip but I don't think I did enough I can't say how pleased I am with the guys work. I am leaving a positive review because it is so rare to find hard workers that do an excellent job with a good attitude but the crew that was sent out by Daniel did just that! My wife has noticed a huge difference in the air quality inside of our home as well as a lot less dusting whereas before they would be dust on the wood floors just from the attic dust getting into our ducting and blowing through our vents, we have two small children and I feel that we have a safer cleaner home because the great work that EcoChoice did. read more

The other company sent 2 people over for the job then said it wasn't possible to put batted insulation in our house. Jacob came over, ran a thorough inspection for attic and under floor insulation, as well as a radiant barrier. He said batting was definitely possible. We had not cleaned the attic in over 30 years. The ducts were damaged, there was asbestos up there, and rats on and off over the years. In 3 days Eco Choice removed everything, cleaned and sanitized and closed all the possible entry points for rats. New ducts and insulation were placed and I was shown photos of work as it progressed. The guys doing the work sealed off areas to prevent dust and left everything clean. The only issue I had was that not all air vents were taped and covered to prevent dirt from coming out as the cleaning was done. Not too much came out, but it would have helped.
