We had a bat visit us a few nights in a row (there was an opened window the first night) ..after…read moreclosing the window, the bat made a re-appearance the next night out of nowhere...we thought maybe there was another place they were getting in. Woods came out and inspected around for possible entry points and didn't find any obvious signs of infestation. They suggested the bat had flown into the room and roosted somewhere inside the house (!) during the day. So that night we left our bedroom windows opened, door closed and slept in another br. Sure enough, no more bat since then. It must've found its way out. Although they didn't actually remove a bat, they made the effort to come out and investigate. Much appreciated! (keeping un-screened windows closed overnight from now on!)

Being very disappointed with another local pest control company I went to research other companies…read morewho could provide better service at a better price. I was fortunate to learn about Story Termite & Pest Control. I called the office, and explained the lack of service we had, what I was looking for and what Story could provide. They put in contact with our technician, Brian who meet me at the house. We walked the perimeter and I explained what we had in terms of bugs and those pesky ants that always seem to get inside certain areas during the warm summer months. While there was an initial cost, I was happy to pay it to start our service. It's 6 months and Story has been to the house three times. Minus the flies during the summer months, we've been very happy with the service we have received. Brian texts me a few days ahead of his arrival, in order to coordinate someone being home because of the dogs in the yard. Thanks Story for great friendly service!

We agreed to pay extra for a lift so they wouldn't walk all over the spanish tile roof and break…read moretiles. They showed up with no lift and were walking all over the roof. There are broken tiles now. Then the office lied and said that we had signed a waiver and said that we had stated we were going to replace the roof anyway....which is a complete fabrication. I never said that to them. Then they got their little feelings hurt and walked off the job when we called them out on their screw up. I would not EVER call this company, EVER.
