They came out very promptly and assessed the evidence of the wild boar destruction path in the back grass area. They then returned the next day with a massage cage they put up in just the right spot. Each side of the cage had to be wheeled back one by one it's so heavy. They put up a pole with a camera so they could start remotely observing activity and baited inside the cage. After just a couple days we had 5 inside around 8pm. I'm thinking okay we got em. They're like no we're waiting because we want to get them all and we think there's more. I'm thinking we lost our chance. Haha the very next night, exact same time 9 wild boar entered the cage! They remotely dropped the cage and notified us right away. They kept in contact communication with us and sent us pictures from the cameras leading up to this point. They were always available for questions or concerns. The very next morning they all arrived to humanely remove each wild boar from the cage. They even utilized water hoses to keep hosing them inside the trailer to keep them cooled off the best they could. In this Florida heat and dealing with wild boars, which is NOT an easy task, they were all so mannerly and gracious. They kept the cage up over the weekend just in case there were more, which there was not so they came back after a few days and removed the cage. Clearly they know exactly what they're doing and are great at it with each other in their communications and game planning. She genuinely listened to my predicament, was well versed in wildlife regulations and offered solutions. She referred Robbie to my case and I cannot say enough good things about Robbie. He has expert trapping and customer service skills. He is dedicated and shows concern for the customer and the wildlife. The Orkin man Florida's best friend!!…read more When I moved to Florida in August this year, I was met with scary sized Palmetto roaches. But (knock on wood) I haven't seen even one roach since my own Orkin Man started coming by regularly. Even when I'm not home, he is dedicated and accountable to helping me keep a pest free home. That's not easy to do in Florida. He gave me a list of things I can seal up around the property to help too. Together, those terrorists didn't have a chance. My sincere apologies though. I'm sorry about that sprinkler system. It's on a sensor to keep large palmetto roaches, snakes, cats and geckos from coming inside. It wasn't meant to spray you. But it was just the sweetest thing to see you go about protecting my home anyway. As if it were just a part of the job. I owe you some warm cookies!!
