I called two roofing companies for estimates. One wouldn't touch the job unless they got to do the whole roof at a cost of $12,000+. The other would do just the repairs to the dormer but not guarantee the work. I called my insurance agent and found insurance would not pay to repair/replace. He referred me to Sharon Roofing. Fred came out the next day. He actually went UP ON THE ROOF to look (the other two didn't), he took pictures of what he thought may be the problem and showed them to me. While he was up there, he caulked the cracks and holes that he saw (no charge). He gave me a very reasonable estimate and included a guarantee of the work and materials. The job was done 10/13/2021. I'm extremely pleased with their efficiency and professionalism, and happy with the job overall.

Ashley resided the home for us and did a tremendous job. They came in on budget and within the time frame we wanted, but I will say the quality was top rate. The mitered corners, trim and tin work is what separated them from other local siding contractors we've used. We just used them again for a roofing job on another flip house. In one day they had the old roof stripped, the new roof laid and the property was cleaned up and spotless. We will continue to use Ashley for all of our flip homes. Got 4 estimates from 5 star reviewed companies, and Revival had the best price. Then a friend said insurance may pay for it, so I filed a claim. Insurance adjuster only wanted to repair the roof. Revival said the existing shingle is no longer made, so they should pay for the whole roof. Insurance adjuster had Revival remove a shingle and insurance company sent it out to see if shingles were available. Adjuster said they still make the shingle and said a place in Akron sells the shingle. Revival went to Akron twice to get the allegedly matching shingle, but when placed on the roof next to the existing shingle, the difference was night and day. Not anywhere close to matching. After 3 months, the insurance company finally agreed to pay for the whole roof to be re-shingled. Revival came 2 days later and put a new roof on in one day. Revival's patience and perseverance in dealing with the insurance company saved me thousands of dollars. I was willing to pay out of pocket because I knew the singles were old and needed replaced before the storm blew shingles off the roof. They could've just took the cash and saved themselves the hassle of dealing with my insurance company that just kept making them jump thru more hoops, but they didn't because the insurance is supposed to pay for claims like mine. I appreciate them going above and beyond to get my roof claim paid.

It took his crew TWO MONTHS to install a small home steel roof. During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Called Mike several times to get this corrected and the crew showed up at my house upset because I called their boss! Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave). And lastly, we are still having issues with our porch roof leaking and they never bothered to even email, phone concerning the issue. My advice from our experience is to steer clear of this contractor at all costs!
