I understand that everyone has their own comfort levels and boundaries, but I am not sure she is in the right line of work. All bleach damages hair - I am fully aware of this! I am an adult capable of making my own decisions. It seems strange to make an appointment for a new client and then cancel on them the next day. A little unprofessional, and pretty crushing for someone who is finally able to afford these expensive services! If you don't want your new client, say so at the consultation.
