My bank had to put a stop payment on that one and cancel my card! They were just stealing my money! I have tried to reach out to the general manager Robert on at least 10 occasions since 10/10/2023 as of today 11/03/2023 the general manager Robert has still not refunded my money of $598.26 and has refused to contact me about this matter. Robert needs to be FIRED! I have tried reaching out to the owners with no luck. The hotel staff are quite lovely and extremely friendly. I can honestly say I dont know I have ever experienced staff as nice as the ones here. The room is spacious. The bed was comfortable and overall it was quite nice. Mynissues; I wasn't quite happy with the bathroom door which is a slat door with see through slats. Doesn't really give much privacy. My other issue was the smell. I dont smoke. I expected the casino to be smokey. But my room smelled like a lit cigarette. The smell permeates everything. If it didn't smell of cigarettes, i would have given a 4nor 5 star. Needs air purification badly.

The place is new, the room was clean and housekeeping did a super good job for my mid stay clean. The fitness room is large, clean and well equipped and the guest laundry facilities worked great.
