Robert needs to be FIRED! I have tried reaching out to the owners with no luck. The bed was comfortable and overall it was quite nice. Mynissues; I wasn't quite happy with the bathroom door which is a slat door with see through slats. Doesn't really give much privacy. My other issue was the smell. I dont smoke. I expected the casino to be smokey. But my room smelled like a lit cigarette. The smell permeates everything. If it didn't smell of cigarettes, i would have given a 4nor 5 star. Needs air purification badly.
