Strangest "problem" was that we couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on... we could get the water to come out the faucet but not the shower. After fiddling around with it, I discovered you have to pull this metal piece UNDER the faucet (where the water comes out) down. Never seen anything like that.

I have tried to reach out to the general manager Robert on at least 10 occasions since 10/10/2023 as of today 11/03/2023 the general manager Robert has still not refunded my money of $598.26 and has refused to contact me about this matter. Robert needs to be FIRED! I have tried reaching out to the owners with no luck. The girl at the front desk was very kind. To address the water pressure- it isn't the best in the world but there is definitely water pressure there. It isn't just a trickle of water- I thought it was adequate. I may stay here again in the future but would call ahead to confirm that the pool is working.

The hotel staff are quite lovely and extremely friendly. I can honestly say I dont know I have ever experienced staff as nice as the ones here. The room is spacious. The bed was comfortable and overall it was quite nice. Mynissues; I wasn't quite happy with the bathroom door which is a slat door with see through slats. Doesn't really give much privacy. My other issue was the smell. I dont smoke. I expected the casino to be smokey. But my room smelled like a lit cigarette. The smell permeates everything. If it didn't smell of cigarettes, i would have given a 4nor 5 star. Needs air purification badly.

The place is new, the room was clean and housekeeping did a super good job for my mid stay clean. The fitness room is large, clean and well equipped and the guest laundry facilities worked great. It would be nice if the towels were a bit bigger and a little bit better quality but that's not a deal breaker. I'm a big fan.
