The hotel is extremely clean, and the breakfast was amazing, it was fresh, well-stocked, and far better than expected. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed in some of the best hotels around the world, and honestly, the level of service and cleanliness here has been outstanding. She comes out and says shes been busy and apologizes for all the issues and says she will give us "points" we had already canceled out reservation for our return trip the following week because of how embarrassed my husband was. I was informed by the gentleman when I had called customer service to call back if the manager hadn't rectified, but when I called customer service again I was told that they decided to side with the general manager even though she was not even at the hotel the entire time we were there. We will definitely not be staying with holiday inn again since we had such a bad experience. Its horrible that IHG would allow a manager to discriminate towards service dogs that are medical needed.

Honestly, it looked like someone tried to break into the room. I am shocked that they would rent it out to someone without repairing all of those things, let alone fix the hallway. I took photos to show the front desk lady and I mentioned that I did not feel safe. She immediately changed my room without an issue. I am not sure I would stay the night there again to be honest.
