Unfortunately the only way to waterproof, according to this company, is inside the basement. I didn't know this as I'm not from an area that normally has basements. Measurements were off, lawn was a mess, we needed to bring in another crew to redo a part of the project we were adding on. They still have videos up on social media of our project and parts they did not even do. Have never had such an unprofessional interaction in my life. We tried giving the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but the owner was wholly inappropriate, disrespectful, and rude with my girlfriend in conversations. The crew was always polite. I never leave reviews like this but we feel compelled to warn others and to do your due diligence.
