Well what can you say about a business that takes a 3500.00 deposit before starting work, over inflates costs for travel time, materials needed for the job and time required to do the job, by staggering amounts, won't provide receipts for purchases or itemized labour amounts on estimates, upscales equipment without permission and then....will not return deposit after being fired. So for 3500.00 we had the pleasure of his company for four hours, met the subcontractors he hired and have 4 joist braces moved...that's it. Oh, told us "perhaps there is a lesson in this for you" while packing up...yes, sir, you are right. Lesson learned: don't hire this company! Hope others benefit from our mistake. read more
