Not only did everything arrive in pristine condition but they even packed it better than the original packing company. They worked directly with the storage company in Cali. to pick up my stuff so I did not have to play middle man (which was not easy for them I might add) and then when they arrived to get my stuff out of the storage unit in California and it was in AWFUL packing condition. The company that was storing my stuff in California had also packed it. So RTK to the rescue!!! Their amazing team of professional drivers and movers took the liberty to re-pack my stuff and ensure that it would make the 3K mile move. On the drop off they had to maneuver on my steep and slanted driveway and ended up having to bring in a wrecker to get it off the driveway. Packing the trailer shifted how the weight worked. On the backend of the job they had to work around some low hanging cables and ended up putting minor divots into my grass. The driver insisted on filling the holes before leaving. We have a maintenance man so I insisted that he didn't have to do that. At any rate both drivers were great and all of my belongings made it to the new place unharmed.
