The staff here are caring, helpful and honest. Chris does the installations, his father helps with carpet selection and specifications for your location and his mother works on scheduling and coordination. Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome. I recently had to have carpets removed because the carpet had stretched and left " bumps" on the flooring. Cardoza came out and before long I had the carpet removed and replaced at no cost to me. I did not expect her to stop waiting on this person, but I did expect a greeting or "Hi, I'll be with you in a few minutes." Nothing! She didn't even look at me.
