All in all they were amazing! I had an incredibly challenging move/clean of my parent's home. Stuff from 1959 was brought down to the first floor and divided for donation and junk. I have gotten Justin's help moving things several times now. Justin is easy to work with, charges fair prices, and has handled different projects, from moving one big item up a flight of stairs to several hours moving a LOT of boxes and heavy furniture. He charged a bit of "danger money" once after he and his helper had spent several hours handling moldy items in a storage unit that had been mostly untouched for a few years, and I felt that was completely fair. Plus he recommended a mix of water, white vinegar, and tea tree oil to clean the items I was keeping! He is fast, efficient, and unflappable, and the people he hires are speedy and friendly. When they put my stored things into a new unit it was well stacked and organized. I originally called him because someone I used to know worked for him for a while, and said Justin is a good boss. That's nice to know. The only issue I've had is that he doesn't always notice every detail in an email, so it's a good idea to make sure he is familiar with any of your "fine print" with a phone call, to avoid any surprises on the day. read more

Had a huge 3 level townhouse at Oak Ridge packed with furniture and a massive all wood king size platform bed with huge headboard. They worked quickly and efficiently in the heat that was rising, took no breaks and were really knowledgeable on how to take apart and reassemble everything. I would not recommend this moving company. I hired them to load a truck for an out of state move. They quoted a rate for two men at three hours minimum. I was fine with the rate as it was inline with the price I had paid another moving company to move into the apartment two years prior. However, on the day of the move, he brought extra movers and changed me an extra man rate of two hours even though the entire move took about an hour and a half. So in addition to the two man, three hour minimum (which only took half of the amount of time but I was fine paying the three hour minimum) I was charged an extra worker fee (which the extra worker was not needed at all!!) for two hours. His excuse after I disputed this was a ramble of how he had someone call out and had to go to another big job after the one he had agreed to do for me. This is not my problem and I should not have been responsible for him having to bring along workers intended for another job. So beware, the rate you think you are agreeing to may or may not be the amount you are charged, depending on the reliability of his other workers for the day. What a scam! read more

We also needed packing ASAP as I was deathly allergic to the house where we were moving from (...it's a long story). Warrior Spirit totally redeemed an awful moving experience. I had spent the morning dealing with the movers from hell, and as a result was not going to be able to arrive in my new city in time for my scheduled appointment with my movers. Justin was in contact with me over the course of the day just to check in about my timeline, and he was incredibly friendly and understanding. When I arrived at my new home, my movers were waiting for me. They helped me find the key the landlord had left under the mat and immediately got to work. They had my full truck unloaded in an hour - which was great, considering it had taken another company nearly 4 hours to load the truck! After unloading all of my furniture, they asked if there was anything else they could do to help - they even helped me hang some shelves! I absolutely would not hesitate to use Warrior Spirit again. It was very easy to schedule my move, and they did a great job staying in touch with me about the move and confirming everything. The price was absolutely reasonable and they did great work. I am beyond impressed and so thankful for this company. Moving is already very involved and stressful as it is trying to orchestrate things by yourself. When I reached out to Justin to inquire about a quote, he was prompt and professional, and was able to give me a direct answer. My fiancé and I were torn between two different places during our moving process, and didn't get the confirmation on which one we secured until last minute. Justin and his crew member were still able to accommodate my entire move even on such short notice. We lived on the 3rd floor with very narrow hallways and awkward angles, and they were still able to navigate the furniture effectively and with care. They arrived cheerful and ready to take on the job, despite most of my furniture being all genuine wood and very heavy. They felt compelled to make it all work and placed everything carefully and strategically in the truck with no hesitation. They had the proper equipment and materials such as blankets to protect my mirrors which I did not even have to request. These guys work very hard, taking on multiple jobs and circumstances and still manage to do an outstanding job and were eager to help. Hired this company based on great reviews from Yelp. My experience was completely opposite. Crews were very cavalier when handling our furnitures and boxes. Virtually throwing our boxes around even when labeled fragile and verbally being told not to. Seems to cut corners when wrapping furnitures. They just randomly pack our stuff into the truck not according to weight distribution guidelines. As a result, there were significant damages to our belonging from heavy objects compressing on lighter objects, significant scratches to furnitures. The whole experience was a nightmare with financial loss from damages to belonging. Sincerely advice to avoid this company. read more

Warrior Spirit assisted us with a short haul move last week. They were extremely competent, had a take charge attitude, and got us moved in a matter of a few hours. I was quite skeptical of hiring a moving company as my husband and I have moved U-Haul style ourselves in the past, but I have a disability that would make self-moving a near impossible task. Hiring Warrior Spirit ended up being much quicker and more efficient and only marginally more expensive than renting a truck. They were all very friendly and jovial, but kept working through it all with consistency and attention. Justin and Adam spent the whole day with us for our July move, a two-stop trip with lots of details. It was a very long, hot day and they remained calm, careful, professional, and very receptive to direction. Justin recalled exactly the details of where we needed each piece without needing any reminding. In addition to being great movers, they installed our AC unit, assembled our bed, helped to package our clothing properly, and laid down and flattened all the rugs.
