I was so ready to give this business a 5-star rating. They came and picked up our leather…read morerecliners, which needed new foam in the seat, back, and arms on Tuesday, 08/12/25. They said it would take a week to get them done. A week came and went, and we waited another week before we texted Jerry on 08/26/25 to check the status of the chairs. He said they would have them ready and delivered the following Thursday, 09/04/25, more than 3 weeks from the day they picked them up. Then, claiming a "busy schedule this week", Jerry asked if they could deliver them on Saturday, 09/06/25. Given all this, I was still willing to give them 5 stars because the chairs looked great when they delivered them. Unfortunately, after reclining in them for 2 days or so, we started to notice a lump in the back of one of the chairs. I contacted Jerry to inform him of the lump on 09/09/25. He said, "Will have to come by look at it but out of town till the 23". I have texted him twice, starting on 09/24/25, with no response. I think I have been more than patient with this company! So that is why I am giving them 1-star.
