This is the worst place you can go, I don't understand the good ratings of this place, they sell you pure lies, I bought 2 new Hankook tires supposedly from the original brand!! $300 for the 2 and the owner of the place told me that good tires if they became balls he would replace them without a problem, what they want is to sell you cheap tires with a good brand, it is false that they are original tires, I used them for 3 months and the tires both became full of balls and they did not change them, pure falsehood what the owner told me!!! RENE!! They sold me 2 used tires for $180 and it turns out that from going so much they had already tired me of arriving day after day and they did not solve anything for me, the owner!! RENE!! He gave me $60 when I spent a total of $300 for the 2 Chinese tires that they sell in this place. Don't be fooled by these people. They sell you bad tires with good brands. I had been coming to this place for more than 8 years thinking that it was good, but when this happened to me for the first time, they just turn their backs on you, don't help you, and steal your money. Service was fast. About 30 mins total to get my tire replaced and balanced. However they got the size wider than I requested. The person I spoke to over the phone was able to confirm the model and make of the tire I needed. They verbally confirmed with me once I arrived. The receipt even said the tire that was requested and payed for. The price and service was quick and I didn't realize until I got home when I better inspected the tire so I wasn't about to drive all way back to complain about the service so I just stuck with it. Also this was a temporary fix until I turn in my lease. This is partially my fault for assuming they would do everything as I expected. Went here because I had gotten a nail in the side of one of my tires. Arrived at 5:15 and instantly they had someone come to me and lifted my car quickly to fix my tire. Plugs are $18, patches are $25. Alignment is $60. My nail was in the corner so they recommend a $40 used tire instead since my wheel was worn out anyways. New tires are $80. I also have a Honda Civic so that might be why it was more affordable. They have a 7 day exchange policy for used tires. Very nice workers and can't complain with the timely service. In less than 30 minutes they removed my tire and put a new one. Will be back ! read more

I visited this establishment on 10/16 to obtain 2 used tires, the owner provided a fair price so I waited to have the tires installed paid my bill and left. The next day I noticed my wheel well tire emblem was missing and I contacted the owner. He indicated he would review the cameras and get back to me. I gave him two days and attempted contact again, he casually indicated he was busy and had not had time to review the cameras but he would consult with the wheel tech. Eight days later I still had not heard from the owner, I contacted him to see if he had watched his cameras. Not only was he dishonest, to say his wheel tech advised him I did not come into the shop with the emblem, he also reached out the same day to say he watched video of the wheel tech putting both emblems back on. I can purchase another one, its the principle of the matter for me. Integrity is everything and you Sir do not posses it. If I could rate your business no stars I would. I have been coming to Econo Tires for YEARS now. They always have the best deals and great customer service. The owners are Rene and Jo (brother and sister team) who really care about the customers. Prices are fantastic, but they are super, duper busy so the secret is getting in as early as you can during the day! I feel ripped off. This was my go to place for tires. Recently got two brand new tires from them and also opted for alignment since my car was pulling slightly to the left. I don't know what the hell they did but when I left their shop it drove worse than before. It was closing time so I went back to them next morning to have it fixed, after one hour of waiting the mechanic took 5 mins to 'balance the tires' , according to them that was the problem but unfortunately it wasn't. The car still pulls extremely to the left now and their mechanics are clue less. I didn't bother going in the third time and wasting more time. In conclusion, they are ok for used tires only but 0 stars for alignment services. Basically I wasted a $100 and 2 hours of my time at this place. Will not recommend and will not return. read more

Econotires came very well recommended to me by other members of the Jeep community. I called ahead and asked about a wait time for an alignment. Came in same day and the guy who assisted me in the front recognized me from the call and was extremely attentive to the fact I was in a bit of a hurry (I came on a lunch break). The service here was literally jaw dropping for the 30ish minutes I was here. Since I was on a time constraint, they went ahead and asked me if I'd like to be charged already so I did. The alignment was $85 (including tax), which is a very reasonable price for the service. A lot of places will complain or make excuses for a vehicle on large tires and heavily modified but at Econotires, they do the job very well. While I was there, I watched at least 5 cars come in and out and be done with other tire services. They are FAST and efficient. I was very impressed and watched my jeep the whole time through the window. Their shop looks extremely clean and organized. It looks like a very well run business. They have a little coffee machine in the office which is a nice amenity if you have a wait time in the office. I would 100% bring my vehicle here for future services and recommend to others.
