I never thought I'd actually enjoy waiting for my car to get serviced, but Paul's Tires completely changed the game. Most shops have a tiny waiting room with old magazines, but this place is basically a man cave. They have pinball machines, pool tables, and video games to keep you entertained. I was actually a little disappointed when my car was ready so soon because I was in the middle of a game! Unfortunately I started my day with a flat tire and immediately needed to find a solution. After calling several tire shops, Paul's Tire Pros stood out strongly in terms of pricing. I was looking to purchase a continental tire and many of the other shops were ranging between $250 - $320 including installation. Since Paul's Tire Pros focuses on wholesale, they were able to compete and offer me the tire for $160 plus $30 installation. They are affordable, transparent and did the job pretty quick! First off I'd like to come clean and apologize to Ian for my initial bad review. He encompasses what customer service should be. Their super clean shop also has all the latest equipment. Not only did they beat every price out there for the tire I wanted, but they also aligned and balanced my tires. Albeit that after I left the shop, my car continued to vibrate and I could not figure out why. Ian had me come back and they Road Force Balanced my tires (a process which is more time consuming and more expensive). We found that one of the tires was defective. Not their fault at all but the manufacturer of the tire. All in all, we were able to narrow down the problem and find a solution. No matter what it takes, Ian will make it right! first and last time here . I had my tires bought brand new and had to align my car , within the week it started shaking . Come to see one of the nuts were loose and my steering wheel was shaking because tire nuts weren't screwed in correctly. Broke the wheel lug studs & I had to go out of town that night . They did oil change on my Maserati GT at 1/3 of the cost that I was quoted at my dealership. It was pretty endearing process because they spent first 20 min taking pics with my car. Had to realign my car twice and when they tried to point out a faulty tire, they proceeded to reject the warranty under the tire that I bought from them less than a year ago. Their price for a used tire is ridiculous and they charge $10 to install it, they're such thieves. Why my mother liked this place, I have no idea but I gave them a chance and I'm not returning. They don't care for customers. They took over 20 minutes to take the money but over 40 minutes to install the tire. There were 2 guys at the front, didn't even ask what we need so my mother asked a random guy walking by for help which he ignored her. The phone is ringing constantly but they ignored it which was annoying cause for those 20 long minutes they received about 5 calls and just let it ring. Their couch in the front looks like a crime scene happened on it. This place is creepy to me. And they're yelp sign in the front?! How'd they get it? Probably the worst tire experience I've ever had in my 30 plus years owning a car. Service attendant was uninterested when I arrived and seemed bothered when I raised the issue of the valve check replacement. To top things off, the mechanics, for lack of a better word, didn't remove and clean the tires lead weights on the tires which another shop did under a minute per tire. The vibrations were so bad that I had to get it inspected because I was worried that something had been damaged. The other shop did the job and for way less money. Go somewhere else, I would have rated it a zero if it was available. read more

Honestly I can't complain. When I called they answered the phone and answered my questions. When I arrived they gave me prices and the choice was mine to go high end or a cheaper tire. I was a little confused that the business is split in two but really wasn't an Inconvenience to me that the tires and the service are charged separately. When I drove around to get the tires installed I was impressed to find that they have a huge warehouses house with more than 12 lifts. Now I understood why they said the work would be done in an hour. They were nice and I would return or tell a friend. I'm a returning customer and Went today to install one tire and rotate all 4. When they told me the service was done (I already paid before they took my car to the back to service it ) I decided to check the tires . They forgot to rotate the tires . The initial price was great; the service wasn't. For $60 I got my tires mounted and balanced. I thought it was a steal. However, on the drive home I noticed a pretty bad vibration. When I arrived, I also noticed the glue from the old weights wasn't completely removed and new scratches on my wheels. I took the car back and complained about the balance (didn't want to get the run around about the scratches, like a previous reviewer) and though the vibration was reduced, it was still apparent at highway speeds (60+). I didn't want to risk my wheels being scratched again or having to go back and forth with the shop, so I ended up going to a dealer. Paul's Tires, located at the very end of 66th street, had to have offered the best deals on tires that I have ever seen! I brought my car in and was immediately welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff they have there. They led me through their used tire inventory as well as their new tire inventory, which offered a great deal of selections. I eventually went with a good deal they offered on Goodyear. Now lets get to the service. The folks over at the service station were nice and friendly and attended to my vehicle as soon as possible. I was able to get my tires installed, my car aligned, and my brakes readjusted in no less than an hour. The waiting room was nice and spacious, with a large HDTV, vending machines, and a centralized air conditioning system. My car was done in no time, and the mechanics explained to me exactly what problems my car and how they fixed it. Overall, my experience at Paul's Tires was all positive. The staff was very nice and helped me pick the best tires for my car (and wallet!). The deals can not be beat. The service was quick. There I was on I95 in rush HOUR traffic, I was about to get in the express lane and I felt a "wobble". I decided to check it out. My drivers side rear tire was destroyed. I am a man, and as a child they taught us how to change a tire. All my training kicked in and I even had a good spare in the trunk. I needed better tires. Good price, got quoted $750 just for tires at Costco. Paul's I bought 4 Kumho Tires, mount, balance and alignment for $520. It's a great one stop tire shop. Oil change is a little pricey, I have a dodge journey 4 cyl and for regular non synthetic it's $36 so I'll go elsewhere for that. What can I say? They are always on point with service. The work gets done well and in a timely manner. Even when I can't get to the shop due to vehicle malfunction, they will go to where I am. I've been in this place before and never had a problem, prices are good and everything works perfectly until something goes wrong. I drove 35min and took my vehicle to have both rear tires replaced due to their great prices, 2 bolts in one of the rims broke inside of it, they explained to me that they were bad quality Bolts, they said they tried to get them out but couldn't, out of 5 bolts they only put 3 back in and sent me on my way telling me to get new bolts and better quality bolts however i am not able to put them in and now i am being charge from $60 to $100 to remove each bolt from the rim. They are not the company who built the bolts that is understandable but if while at your shop they brake i don't expect them to give me new bolts, if i get there and they were not broken but they broke while they were removing them i would think any business will own the situation to at least give you a solution to the problem that was originated or happened at there location. After writing a review on their website one of the managers/owners contacted me to reassure the conversation we had about me buying new bolts and also to make sure i understood that they tried but couldn't and there is nothing else that they will do. My rims uses 5 bolts but have only 3 on because 2 broke inside, one next to the other, when i get on the highway the veh shakes due to fact that the rim is not attached correctly to the car, driving to pompano every other weekend to pick up my daughter is a hazard, letting me go from the shop in those conditions was a hazard, not owning the issue is not professional. I was recommended to go to this place, I recommended people previously as well but after this experience I doubt i will continue to go. To conclude the fact that i get to the place after i saw a price for the tires i need online, i get to the place and they have a $30 over the price i saw online and then the bolt situation plus the call of the manager to reassure there is nothing they will do. That leave a sour taste in my mouth for trying to go to a place with a competitive price to end up paying more than what i was trying to save to solve the issue. read more

On my recent visit, the alignment tech noticed that my lower arms bushings were busted and quickly informed me. He showed me the problem which was obvious and within minutes, the manager gave me a quote. I had no time to waste so I decided to have them change the lower arms out. The price was well within this type of work and the parts were delivered within minutes. I was in and out quick and with no hassles. This review was written three weeks after the service and my vehicle is nice and smooth. No more back and forth suspension play. This is definitely my type of service. Ian and Ray were amazing. After having a failed TPMS sensor from another vendor and got stuck on the road, Ian came to my rescue!! Not only did he make sure I was safe and okay, he ordered me a replacement the next day and made sure everything worked.
