So, that is good…read more However, I called on a Tuesday and they said they should have a dumpster on Friday, no problem. Then, Friday changed to Monday, then to Tuesday, then to Wednesday. All along, I told them the dumpster had to be picked up by Friday. When they delivered the dumpster on Wednesday, I reminded them it had to be picked up on Friday. Friday comes and they have not picked it up. I called and they said, they didn't know if they could get there or not. They finally did pick it up on Friday. My experience in a nutshell: Switched to this service a year or more ago and have been basically,…read moreoverall satisfied. I have been on auto pay since Day 1 and never had any payment issues. Suddenly, my trash is not being picked up so I begin messaging and calling leaving voicemails asking for a call back which I never received either. Finally get ahold of them and she says my service is suspended but cannot tell me why or why I wasn't even notified. After getting no help or answers I finally said just cancel the service. Never got any confirmation, no email, nothing. So the trash that had accumulated from them not picking it up was still out there. Today, I find a disgusting sight. Rather than just taking my trash that WAS paid for and taking their tote, they thought it a good idea to take the 6 or 7 big bags of trash that had been sitting out in and near my cans for 2+ weeks in the heat and stack them up between my garage and the neighbors, kind of hidden from sight and I just accidentally saw them when I went out to do something in my garage. I am utterly shocked that a supposed reputable company would act in such a manner when, IF for some reason there was an issue with my auto pay, all I needed was to be notified so it could be rectified. But they failed to do so, failed to respond to my calls or messages, have STILL not provided me with ANY information or explanation and have created a real sanitation issue and I will def be notifying local code enforcement or environmental health office, the BBB and the consumer protection division for Colorado. I have photos, records of my attempts to contact them, my autopay payment history, and I'm attaching photos of the stacked, hidden bags to this review. Just appalling. I did also see another review from someone who had the very same experience with them. Do NOT use this company if you expect any type of customer service or to receive the service you pay for.
