The noise is so loud it cuts through every wall in the house. There is no sleeping through it, no ignoring it. The whole block wakes up whether they want to or not. When I went outside and asked them to turn the output down or at least be mindful of the hour, the response was basically "city says we can work from 7 AM, Mon-Sun, so we will." No apology, no adjustment, no willingness to meet the neighborhood halfway. Just a shrug and a rulebook quote. The machine itself is clearly outdated -- newer truck mounts on the market run significantly quieter, but this company is clearly not investing in modern equipment or noise mitigation. They're running decades-old gear that rattles windows 10 houses down, and they don't care. "Legal" and "considerate" are not the same thing. Waking up an entire neighborhood at 7 AM on a weekend because your equipment belongs in a scrapyard, and then hiding behind a city noise ordinance when someone asks for basic courtesy -- that tells you everything about how this company operates. They don't give a damn about the community they work in. If this is what three decades of expertise looks like, I'd hate to see what year one was like. Probably involved actual dynamite. If you're a property manager or homeowner, ask what kind of truck mount they run and whether they take any steps to control noise. Or just hire someone who acts like they share a zip code with actual human beings.

Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.
