How many times do I have to repeat my mom's name, dob, dod, policy #, mailing address, phone #.. yada, yada? The answer: 4 times. The number of times they ask for my checking acct # when I opened this policy? The answer: 2 times. Almost forgot ... Chen wanted to know if I was the insured. Could somebody tell me how to say, 'No. I'm not dead" in Chinese, Spanish and Filipino? That should cover all my bases, shouldn't it?

He answered all of my questions. There were a lot. Haha Tina, Kevin, and Tom are all so inviting and pleasant. You can tell they run the office like a family. Jim's license plate says "KHAKIS".
