I can honestly say that Edwin means what he says and says what he means. He delivered on all of his promises and was ridiculously helpful during the move. He went and bought boxes for me. He got packing tape for me and he just said, hey, do you need boxes? I said yes and within an hour, he was at my front door with boxes, his team, his staging, his photography, and videos were all top-notch. His social media skills are on point.  He created a website, made several social media posts, and put on very popular open house experiences. He even had a coffee bar and Porto's for the first one. I work in television and I was blown away by the craftsmanship of the several videos that were made. His connections to other agents in the area blew me away.
