We originally found Brett when we were looking for a contractor who could remodel our patio. During…read moreone of our initial meetings with Brett, my husband started talking to him about making renovations to our game room - installing built-in shelving for our board games, plus creating a new lighting scheme for the room. When the patio project had to be postponed, Brett offered to use the time to complete the game room renovation. Working with Brett was an absolutely fantastic experience. He is punctual, thorough, explains things in a way that is easy for non-builders to understand, and has awesome creative ideas. He and my husband were able to collaborate and ultimately come up with a true dream space that we are so excited to spend time in. Not only did Brett build the most incredible shelving unit, complete with drawers AND a fold-out step ladder (yes, you read that right - it's so cool!) AND color-changing lighting within the unit itself, but he put crown molding up around the perimeter of the room and installed lighting above it, took out our old ceiling fan lighting fixture, and put in can lights that make the space so much brighter and more modern. He did all of this for a price that we felt was completely reasonable. If you are in the market for any kind of custom build in your home, I highly recommend contacting Brett Builds to do the job.
