Ok so I drive 40 miles round trip and discover they are in stock but not for sale today due to inventory. I get it so I will come back tomorrow. After a hassle they finally agreed to sell the jeans but not at yesterday's price - almost 30% more. To the managers credit they came to their senses and sold them. Neither store I visited had another product in my size despite both stores inventory system saying they did. Oh well, I can order on-line right? They say they were delivered but were not. (At least my camera system didn't see it). The people in the store were not only not helpful but they were rude. They told me to contact the delivery company. I did and they told me to contact the shipper whoever that was. To make a long story short...nobody was helpful until I connected with their AI chat bot. If you are worried about AI taking over your job, just keep treating loyal customers like a transaction and you will not have a job. The AI was more respectful and polite than every person I spoke with at Old Navy across two stores.

Maurices consistantly has fashions that i love and that flatter, and for a pretty good price. Ive taken my 8 month old in a bulky stroller, and a 3 year old here before as well, and never felt uncomfortable in taking my time and dealing with the kids. The sales girls are ever so helpful. They offer advice when you try on stuff, run to get you other sizes if you have (hopefully!) overestimated your jeans size, and do it all in a girlfriendly manner. On Saturday (8/2/2014) my 14 yr. old son purchased the bulk of his school clothes at Zumiez. When…read morehe got home on Saturday he realized that he didn't want two items. He had already taken the tags off so he called the store and spoke with a guy that told him that he just needed to bring the receipt back. Fast forward to today (8/6/2014) I was off of work so this was the first chance I had to take him to the store. We arrived around 11:00; I waited in the car while he went in to get the refund. About 45 minutes later he can back to the car with a bag. I asked him what took so long and he explained that because the tags were not attached but in the bag they would not refund his money. I explained that I have on many occasions returned items without the tags and it was never an issue. I asked him if he wanted me to go check to make sure that he understood what they were saying. I went into the store and up to the register and talked to a lady that was behind the counter. I later found out she was the store manager. I asked for clarification on the policy, explaining that he had the tags. She explained that the policy is no returns if not in the original condition. I said that was a ridiculous policy as the clothes had never been worn and that her employee had said we just needed the receipt. She said that she would find out who said that because he was wrong. I said that I would call the corporate office to complain. At that point she went and got the two items and said that they smelled like a "house" not sure what that means. Then she proceeded to say "I'm not saying you people are dirty..." (I happen to be African American) I am not sure what she said after that as I was in utter disbelief that I was hearing those words. I repeated the "you people" phrase back and simply said I was leaving and began towards the door. At that point the Manager yells something to the effect "nice, go ahead and play that card". My son, who suffers from severe social anxiety, and I simply left the store. I then called the Fort Collins location to inquire about the return policy and they explained exactly what the original person we talked too had said that as long as we had the receipt we could return. I will never return to the store again!

I wanna give a very special shout-out to Devo Mireles (Baseball/Softball Manager - 117898). Our daughters both just started competitive travel ball/club teams as opposed to just rec fastpitch softball. We went in looking for a bat that we could afford and that would be durable, and the perfect fit for each of our girl's swing styles. He introduced us to all the bats in stock and let us know that they do have a demo bat program to help with our budget for all the other gear we need! Competive level softball gear adds up quick! Devo took his time and made my girls feel confident in each bat they selected in a doable budget for us. Based on my description of needs, he helped me pick out two handfuls of bats for each girl to go try in the batting cage. He was so patient, and kind! He didn't just sell us bats, he gave my girls very valuable feedback on their batting stances, aim, and body mechanics while swinging. Because of Devo the girls were not nervous to keep trying the bats and didn't get bored with the process. He helped them each find different bats in the perfect sizes and weights for each of them! They also left with some free pointers that will be very helpful this season and educated us parent's, as well. Thank you Devo, you're the man to lead that department for sure.! Colorado gifts, Denver broncos, nuggets, and avalanche collectibles. Hunting, fishing, guns, ammo, knives, barbecue supplies, a sportsman's dream come true. I was blown away by the customer service, kindness, and kindness professionalism of these owner-operators. I just wish it were a little closer to my house.
