There is zero customer support at this location. The place was packed with people walking around looking at clothing...except the employees. They apparently don't care if they sell inventory. I left..I'll give my business to a store that will appreciate my business and actually assist people that are looking for sizes.

This story starts with trying to buy a pair of jeans. Not in stock at this store but available at…read moreanother. Ok so I drive 40 miles round trip and discover they are in stock but not for sale today due to inventory. I get it so I will come back tomorrow. After a hassle they finally agreed to sell the jeans but not at yesterday's price - almost 30% more. To the managers credit they came to their senses and sold them. Neither store I visited had another product in my size despite both stores inventory system saying they did. Oh well, I can order on-line right? They say they were delivered but were not. (At least my camera system didn't see it). The people in the store were not only not helpful but they were rude. They told me to contact the delivery company. I did and they told me to contact the shipper whoever that was. To make a long story short...nobody was helpful until I connected with their AI chat bot. If you are worried about AI taking over your job, just keep treating loyal customers like a transaction and you will not have a job. The AI was more respectful and polite than every person I spoke with at Old Navy across two stores.

Maurices consistantly has fashions that i love and that flatter, and for a pretty good price. Ive taken my 8 month old in a bulky stroller, and a 3 year old here before as well, and never felt uncomfortable in taking my time and dealing with the kids. The sales girls are ever so helpful. They offer advice when you try on stuff, run to get you other sizes if you have (hopefully!) overestimated your jeans size, and do it all in a girlfriendly manner. I had purchased the jacket on a presumption that EB stood for quality products and customer service. Man, was I wrong. The salesperson told me to try going to Hobby Lobby to get another zipper. I said this was not the response I expected and was told that I could "TRY" to contact customer service online but she didn't expect me to get a better result. She was correct. I was basically "hung up on" by the chat person. Eddie Bauer stands for immediate sales of inferior clothing with no support beyond collecting your money. I will not be shopping there ever again and will actively encourage anyone I meet to avoid them as well.
