As I did more research on the company, I found out that BoConcept is a Danish retail furniture chain with 337 stores in 65 countries around the world. Much more! The quality and selection of furniture is awesome but what really made the most impact on me was meeting Orlando, who made me feel so very pampered and as if he was my own personal decorator which I have never had before. He has a very kind and warm and steady temperament and cares beyond what feels as if it's a job. he responded to me when he wasn't working, he helped me quiet my anxiety when I thought my chandelier might be too large for the space, ( it wasn't) and throughout the whole process made me feel like we were in this together. I thought Orlando was trying to feel my style and not just what works in the space. He was respectful of my budget and truly only wanted to see me happy and satisfied. Like I said, I feel as if I won the lotto. I am forever grateful to both ICT and Orlando for giving me a greater sense of home.

Very disappointed by owner Judge who sold me a overcharged…read more Vanity with poor craftsmanship made in China, marked ($895) on clearance I was not happy with the purchase and contacted him 24 hours after the purchase with the vanity still in the box for a refund and he refused stating no refunds I found it very odd him not wanting to give me a refund so I looked the product up online and found it ($575). That's probably why he did not give me a refund. He robbed me for ($400) I took it as a learning experience and what I learn is not to deal with the Joshua Tree vanity store ever again,, Sharing my experience with you so you don't make the same mistake I did there's no custom pieces in that store. It is located on Dixie Hwy where there are a lot of used furniture and antique stores. This space was formerly occupied by Castaway Treasures Consignment Gallery. Although the store is small they had a nice selection of items in great condition. I am not an expert on either items or prices but I love to look. A place like this is like a time machine to the past when times seemed simpler. and seeing items from this time period evokes warm memories. Although I didn't purchase anything I enjoyed my visit.

Knowledgeable. Comprehensive. Responsive to questions. Knew his product line. And had an easy welcoming demeanor. Spent the most time in a recliner chair made in Norway, Stressless. It was comfy. No. Very comfy. And available in many colors and grades of leather. We plan to return and revisit the piece and see if we like it as much on second viewing and after additional seating. It was stylish and comfortable. I fell in love with it. I went back for another chair. Instead of the wheeled chair for my desk, I wanted one for my kitchen table where I paint. Being thrilled in both rooms, I went back and bought two more chairs to match the one in the kitchen on wheels and a glass topped table that could be both a coffee or kitchen table. It is now my kitchen table and I couldn't be happier. I love the store and have to fight the urge to go back because everything is stylish, modern and well built. The sales people are knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. If you want to enjoy spending your money, go to Concepto. What ever you buy, you will enjoy in your home.
