I had already paid for the service before I got home and realized it was missing, drove all the way back for them to take a picture of my receipt and say they'd let the owner know and he would "definitely get back to me". It's been two weeks I've heard nothing from the owner, couldn't wear my outfit on my trip, and now have to rebuy the set they lost. Not to mention one of the small marks on my top didn't even come clean after their services.

The manager Ariel refused to give me my refund of $10 which I know is not that big of a deal but the issue is you all sent a text saying my order was not ready and therefore are just telling me on a Monday afternoon that my order was actually ready in the text was not supposed to have sent to me. This is very poor customer service and I will not be bringing my business back here. I have included a screenshot of the text that they sent on Saturday and she said it only applied to people who dropped off shirts, my order consisted of one dress and one pair of jeans. The dress and matching belt are the same fabric and color and were cleaned together to maintain a consistent, rich black. Due to the Brandon location's boiler being down for several weeks, my items were transported to another location for cleaning. When they were returned, my matching belt was missing. I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark. If you value your wardrobe, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Brandon Tide Cleaners and choosing a different location or a different cleaner altogether.

He said this in front of other customers. I assured him I would never step foot in this business again. I was greeted by a friendly woman at the counter. She asked how much starch I wanted and when I needed it by. I was in no rush and I didn't really know anything out starch. She explained it to me simply and I went with light. I was told two days until pick-up and a dry clean for a shirt is only $2.99. The shirt was perfectly cleaned and looked great! I was so impressed, I went back and had it cleaned again with my jacket this time and a dress for my wife. This place has decent hours. You can pick up until 7pm most evenings. I dropped clothing off on a Thursday morning and was told it'd be done Friday by 6pm. It was ready on time. The cleaning facility seems to be off-site, so hence the time delay. No matter if you plan ahead or aren't in a rush. Price was good, too. For a suit and dress shirt it was under $20. They do alterations and repairs as well, and open early so you can drop off your items on your way to work.

The staff was very nice but we had a mix up at pick up & they gave me the wrong comforters at first. When we found the correct ones i realized after i got home that one came out very starchy & stiff. Will be back for the wash & fold if another emergency happens but i will probably look for another cleaners for my comforters. *edit: The owner Betty is very sweet & called me after this review was posted. The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! I can tell customer service is very important to them.
