I had already paid for the service before I got home and realized it was missing, drove all the way back for them to take a picture of my receipt and say they'd let the owner know and he would "definitely get back to me". It's been two weeks I've heard nothing from the owner, couldn't wear my outfit on my trip, and now have to rebuy the set they lost. The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! I have even referred so many customers and family members to busy bee . The location was convenient for last minute items with a reasonable turn around. The owner is definitely the problem here as his pricing consistently goes and changes over night. I personally have walked in on the owner arguing with other men about pricing and misleading information that he simply refuses to take ownership of . Overtime I began to receive the same type of service and frustrated conversations with him. During COVID his daughter worked there as she consistently gave people wrong clothing items or/and did not provide you with your items. The inside needs a real bad dust cleaning. Artificial plants have layers of dust as do the walls and structure ( for CUSTOMERS with allergies SMH). The only nice and warm employee is the lady that lived across the street while raising her kids - she left the business but came back after being called to come back and he now keeps her in the back more than he does up front . Outside needs to be touched up and fix your broke van that seems to have sat for the longest. Moral of the story Mr Owner - I'm BIG on culture, community and business and you're not it . She explained it to me simply and I went with light. I was told two days until pick-up and a dry clean for a shirt is only $2.99. The shirt was perfectly cleaned and looked great! I was so impressed, I went back and had it cleaned again with my jacket this time and a dress for my wife. This place has decent hours. You can pick up until 7pm most evenings. No matter if you plan ahead or aren't in a rush. Price was good, too. For a suit and dress shirt it was under $20. They do alterations and repairs as well, and open early so you can drop off your items on your way to work.

Due to the Brandon location's boiler being down for several weeks, my items were transported to another location for cleaning. When they were returned, my matching belt was missing. I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark. If you value your wardrobe, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Brandon Tide Cleaners and choosing a different location or a different cleaner altogether.
