We did receive our other cuts of steak, roasts, etc.. but they must have not felt like doing the work to process the shaved steaks, hamburger patties and cube steaks, or the person that took my order just screwed up !! This is not the way to run a business. I will never use this processor again and if you have a beef supplier/farmer that you buy beef from, insist on using a different processor.

You're not required to pick a number to get service, but it does get busy in here. The shop has a cement floor, with display cases laid out in front of you as you walk in.
