The produce is fantastic and is monitored by the amazing and friendly produce manager, George. The facility is clean; the employees are helpful. This year some new front end associates came in; AJ, Nate, Juan, and a sweet girl who's nametag I can never see.... They are so well trained, and so kind. The experience is enjoyable each and every time I go in.

One time I found myself paying $10.99 for a quart of strawberries... don't do that. It's not heavily advertised, but they have an incredible sub shop here at the deli. The half subs are as big as a whole at Jreck's. The meat is high quality and the rolls are soft and tasty. I am going to go as far as saying this is the best sub shop in Watertown. Their meat (chicken breast, ground beef, etc.) is better than what I have found in most groceries stories. The produce is good and you can usually find what you need. They also have a cool assortment of dips and hummus and a tasty spicy tomato oil. Tops carries a good mix of big name brands and local products. You can park incredibly close to the store entrance. There's usually plenty of parking and space in the store for comfortable shopping. Enjoy and remember to get yourself a sub!!!

I said I didn't want my info in their system. She said" Oh Honey we already have all of your info" Great to know in these days of system hacking." I'm done with them. Original review: So Almost Perfect is a chain with several locations. Prior to my visit to this Brockville location, I had only ever been to the Toronto location. I would say that the Brockville location is comparable to the Toronto location. Almost Perfect is a grocery store outlet. They sell items that are "almost perfect" like mis-formed chocolate bars, or broken cookies. They also sell items that are approaching their best-before date or discontinued products, like things in flavours that didn't sell well. Their prices are cheap, cheap, cheap. I got some kale chips that usually sell for $6.99 a bag at Loblaws for only $3.33 a bag (the "best-before date" was 3 months from the date of purchase, so not bad at all). They had lots of Udi's gluten-free breads going for $10 for 3 loaves. They had Annie's organic gummies for $2.99 a box. Inventory changes regularly, so it's a surprise with every visit :) This location is a stand alone store (not in a strip mall). There's an attached parking lot with free parking. Staff are super nice and helpful. They only take cash or debit. No credit cards. This place is awesome. If I lived in Brockville, I would go every week!

They had plenty of people to help and overall I would recommend stopping here for fresh local grocery items or just to check their inventory out! Every town should have a store like this.

There were wooden crates in front of the display empty except for the top one which had the same rotten beans in it. I saw what I thought was an employee from the produce section and I said "your beans are rotten." His reply was " a lot of them in there are". Why would a store like Farm Boy dish up the last of their rotten beans instead of discarding them. I was very disappointed that a store that prides itself on its produce would actually charge for rotten beans let alone expect people to buy them.
