I got into a car accident where I hit a lady and I damaged my front bumper. I searched the web and…read morefound A1 Auto Body on E. Main Street in Prattville Alabama. So I filled my insurance claim and chose them to do the work. I thought this company was up for the task. So it took them about a week to put the bumper on and even then it was not put on properly. So I noticed a gap in my hood after the owner Greg and his wife told me the car was done. They were going to send me away from their place of business with my car just thrown back together any kind of way. So now here I am it's been almost a year later. And I had to take the car back because the bumper is coming a loss on the sides. I paid these people $2000 to fix my vehicle properly I should not have to come back to their business because their work should be quality, which it is not. So after I took the car back to show the owner Greg how the car and his work looked after almost a years time. He mine as well had ran me away from his auto body shop. I guess he thought I was just trying to get something for nothing when I paid for quality work and got non quality work. He was very argumentative with me and just overall nasty about the car. He never really wanted to look at the car in the first place. Business and professionalism very poor quality just like the work that is being done there poor. I would never go back or recommend this so called auto body shop to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I w
