I needed to get home because car was getting to point it wasn't going to crank so against my better judgment I said ok. Then when I got my bill - the battery was $330 and they charged me $60 for checking it and installing new one, then a charge of $35 for chemicals and shop rags and cleaning machine ... WTH? and they installed a new terminal kit for $35.... they never mentioned that. All this from a shop who I recently had work done by but under a warranty program so that repair they earned a little over $2000... so I wasn't a new customer. I very much felt like I was taken advantage of from being a lady and maybe even the fact I mentioned I needed my car for work and couldn't be stranded. I will NEVER go back and I will let all my friends and followers on mine and their platforms know to never use them for any of their automobile needs.

It took a month and a 1/2 to finally get an answer from the risk management team saying that they denied my claim because they can't prove that they caused this damage and the bill was too high. Was told that they probably would have paid it if it would have been a lower amount. This was my first oil change with them and my last. I was happy with my service until I saw the damage. I am not the type of person wants something for nothing and wouldn't have blamed them if I wasn't a 100% sure this was caused by them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

As a result, I tend to run over quite a lot of wood chips and scrap steel which puncture my tires. On average, I have to get about ten tires repaired or replaced every year. Fortunately, when I showed up at this particular Firestone bright and early, I only had a slow leak. The gentleman behind the counter got my information, saw that I had a company car and had my information in his computer and got me right in. They had the tire patched (not plugged) which is a major bonus as it's a more permanent fix and saves you money in the long run even though it takes more time because they have to take the tire off the rim. I was out of there in the hour and the bill was sent to my company. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks Firestone.

I've had a military discount every other time I've been there even when my husband wasnt in uniform or I was by myself. I would much rather go to the Montgomery PepBoys- thermostat repair cost me $300 compared to the $741 (without diagnostic cost) Prattville quoted me. Also, they add on Pep Boys warranty for additional $30 without your consent too. Make sure you get a printout of your charges prior to paying them.

I went to the Millbrook store for a front end alignment and a rotate and balance. There was no…read moreissues with my truck but I had just had new upper control arms installed and wanted the front end alignment checked. Once I got there Chuck tells me that they cannot balance my tires because they are aftermarket applications. I said okay then please check the alignment. After about 45 minutes they take the truck back and 30 minutes later come back and tell me that the alignment is going to cost 275 bucks because of additional labor. I said okay go ahead since I'm already there and have wasted nearly 2 hours. Thirty minutes later they come back and say that they can't align my truck because it needs additional parts and that they will cost another 200 bucks. So now I need a 475 dollar front end alignment. Of course I have questions and ask to see what part it is that I need and why do I need it. The tech says that the parts on my truck are not correct and shows me what I parts I need. When he show me them I ask him to show me where it says those parts will fit my truck. He fails to do so and he insists that they cannot align my truck with the parts that are on it. I show the tech the pictures of the parts that were previously purchased for my truck and that they were specifically for the year make and model of my truck and were for front end alignment. The tech said that the they would not be able to align my truck with those parts. I told them I would not be paying 475 bucks for a front end alignment to get my truck off the rack and I will go somewhere else. They bring my truck around and I have to pay 59 bucks for nothing. I leave there and go right down the street to Auto Zone and show the rep a picture of the parts that their tech said I needed. He pulled the parts up on his computer and said that these parts would not fit my truck. He then showed me the parts that would fit my truck and it was the exact parts that were already on my truck. Lets be clear my truck was previously aligned with the parts that were on it. So I left there and went back to Don Duncan and showed Mitch the Auto Zone parts description indicating that the parts they said I needed would not fit my truck. He offered me nothing but said he was sorry. I left there with my steering wheel off centered and my truck wandering on the road. So now I am sure my truck is out of alignment and it cost me 59 bucks to get it that way. Thank you Don Duncan Millbrook! What a great experience.
