I needed 3 large west facing picture windows and 3 small sliding windows tinted that would cut the summer sun while still looking "natural" from both inside and outside. I was provided a comprehensive product line to make my choice... all in a very no pressure approach. After briefly discussing the options, work began. Carlos was very respectful of my property, was super clean as he worked on the windows and did not rush to complete the job. Ok, drum roll here... pricing! He was VERY, VERY reasonably priced! I sent out a project request on Yelp which gave me 5 businesses to choose from. True Tint was the first to reply and the best priced for the project. There really is no question that I highly recommend True Tint. I have a few more projects lined up and when the time comes, I definitely will be calling Carlos at True Tint again!

His reply? Apparently my headrest had a "previous repair" and it was a "botched job." My man... I've owned this 13‑year‑old car long enough to know every scratch, sneeze, and cosmetic imperfection. If someone had performed secret headrest surgery, I would be aware. Then suddenly, the responsiveness that was so great before? Gone. Slower replies, zero accountability, and absolutely no willingness to even consider that the damage happened during the service. Even the best businesses have off days. Michelin-star chefs burn things. Surgeons sneeze. It happens. And honestly -- does he really think I'm trying to finesse him out of a brand‑new headrest for a 13‑year‑old car over a $100 tint removal? I have an SUV with factory tint on the back windows. Rather than just putting the 3% all the way around and calling it a day, they color matched the back windows to the front so the whole vehicle would look uniform. I have had many vehicles that I have had the windows tinted, and I think this is the first time there were not little bubbles that had to "work themselves out". When i went to pick up my vehicle, the installer was there and he was so nice! He walked me through everything that he did. He even told me what layers of percentage he used to color match the back to the front. My vehicle looks amazing, and the heat has been cut down considerably inside. These guys take pride in what they do and it really shows through their work. The pricing was very reasonable, and to be honest i was expecting to pay more than I did, so that was an extra bonus in my book!

The free towels were huge for me as I absolutely hated bringing my own at my previous car wash spot. Super Star has great value and is ultra-convenient. Upon my first visit, I took a look at the pricing for memberships as I heard good things about this company from multiple people. I noticed the lowest membership price is about $24 for unlimited visits. I wash my car multiple times a month so this was an essential try. The friendly younger lady operating the payment system answered all my questions and set up my monthly payment plan quickly. I'm very happy with the professionalism here, she took my license plate and logged me in. I was told all I need to do is pull up to the lane on the far-left and breeze on by. As I entered station, the car fresheners and wipes were in a box to my left (right before I started my wash). Per usual, I made sure to put my car in neutral and follow the directions of the staff. Following my wash, I pulled up to a free vacuuming slot and grabbed a few towels. My only gripe with the towel situation is that everything seemed thrown about and disorganized. At first, I couldn't tell which towels were dirty and clean. Even though there's a clear display as to which bin is for dirty vs. clean, I was a little skeptical of grabbing some clean towels. Note, clean towels are a little damp to help rub off spots. Overall, this Super Star location is still fairly new and clean. I didn't see trash on the floor and staff were tidying up regularly. The outdoor covers don't provide a lot of shade, so expect to be hot if you're stopping by during the day. Vacuuming slots are a little tighter than other places, but I still had room to move around effectively. By the end of the day, my car came out sparkling and I had a fresh smelling vehicle!

I didn't get any of the high priced items-hot wax, tire cleaning, etc. I made sure the attendant was looking and guided me before I pulled through the guide rails, but at some point my car jolted sideways during the wash cycles. They offer free drying towels, which there were'nt any dry towels when I went to vacuum my car and dry what the air dryers did not do. There were many outside ammenties: hose for blowing off excess water, air for tires, mat cleaning station
