I'll start by saying that I would've loved to give this business 5 stars. I'm giving 4stars because of the lack of communication&understanding I received from the installer. Although I explained several times I wanted a very light tent and he showed me the window tent chart & convinced me that 20% was best, and on that chart it appeared to be a very clear light gray color,however he failed to mention that the tent would appear darker from the outside view because of the black interior inside of my car. While the installation was in progress I told the installer it appeared darker than my liking and he assured me it was because we were inside the garage but it'll be ok. shortly after I left the shop it was still daylight and the tent was really dark. I took pics and sent them to Eddie and told him I wasn't satisfied with the tent. After several talks & txts with him he offered to lighten my two front windows free of charge or he'll just remove the tent free of charge. After paying $170 I just decided to remove the tent because I wanted one light color all around the car.I returned the following day and Eddie explained in details and even showed me the tent rolls he had. He was such a nice professional guy I wished he was there when I got my windows done. The installer did a good job with installing the tent just didn't really get my view. overall I would recommend this shop to anyone who's looking to get tinted windows because the owner was really nice and knowledgeable but he didn't offer at least a partial refund or to re-tint all my windows at half the price because his installer didn't fully explain what I was getting correctly. read more

Friend had recommended this place. I had the worst experience, took my new car to get a window tint 1st time Bubbles appear. Went back and got them re-done. Now, second time improper tint cut with lots of gasps and they tried covering with black marker. That's just completely stupid. Tried reaching owner Several times final got a hold of Eddy. Wow I'm amazed at how many good reviews the place has it makes me feel like some of these people are related to the owner or maybe got a huge discount to lie. I have had a few tints on several cars I've had and never have I ever gotten such a terrible tint job. I had went back to replace it since it was peeling on one side and on the other side he had cut the tint paper too short which made me feel he had run out and still put it any way l. Not only that but I still had to make an appointment to get it fixed at first I thought that the wait was because they are that good but now that I have gotten the "tint" fixed twice I've realized that those are probably people who have gotten hack jobs but then again hey what can I expect you pay what you get no wonder why the price was so low the quality and installation of the tint were cheap and terrible. Hope this review helps someone the time and gas of having to go back and forth to this place.overall I give it one star since there's no way you can leave zero stars. read more
