Honestly, this is a solid 5 star review. I really appreciated the quick responses to my inquiry. At the last minute, I had a scheduling issue that required a reschedule and Carlos was gracious about moving my appointment window. I needed 3 large west facing picture windows and 3 small sliding windows tinted that would cut the summer sun while still looking "natural" from both inside and outside. I was provided a comprehensive product line to make my choice... all in a very no pressure approach. After briefly discussing the options, work began. Carlos was very respectful of my property, was super clean as he worked on the windows and did not rush to complete the job. Ok, drum roll here... pricing! He was VERY, VERY reasonably priced! I sent out a project request on Yelp which gave me 5 businesses to choose from. True Tint was the first to reply and the best priced for the project. I had such a wonderful experience getting my Jeep Wagoneer tinted at TRUE TINT three years ago that I had to bring my new car to them recently. Vanessa patiently went over all of the options, and I never felt pressured to pick one of the more expensive products that they offer. She is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A few hours later, my Lincoln Navigator was done and her father, Carlos, and the guys did such an amazing job!!!! The edges were perfectly smooth, and you couldn't even tell where the tint ended at the bottom of the windows. That is because the team carefully put the tint so low that the edges are unseen. By doing this, you are also able to roll down the windows the same day and do not have to wait 2-3 days like other tint shops. Carlos and his family have many years in the business and their work is always meticulous. They did such an amazing job with my car that yesterday we brought in my husband's Tesla X, too. That front windshield is huge and goes all the way up to roof like a sunroof. (See photo) Again, the team did the most impressive job. The windows on the Tesla can be a little tricky, but the challenge was nothing for TRUE TINT. They also use high quality materials and it shows (my Navigator has stayed cool inside despite the sun and heat), but it is their customer service that will keep us going car after car. I have visited this shop before and like last time the results were great. I got their evolve tint on all my windows including windshield & sunroof. Like before I felt an immediate difference in the windshield, the seats didn't heat up as much. I got 15% tint on the door windows and back window, windshield was 50% which has a darkened tint to it (one level below 70% which is 94% heat protected and fully clear), for the sun roof I got 70%(clear) and it's in the sun roof that I felt the biggest proof of how good that evolve tint is. Before when I'd open it the sun would be overwhelming fairly soon and with the tint I get as much light as I did before and I don't get hot. Their employees as well as the owner are very responsive to any and all questions. They pretty much broke down all the tints they offer, the differences between them, and pricing once I came in for my appointment. I opted for their best quality tints and went with evolve over 3M only because that's what I got last time, however 3M is also on par in quality to Evolve. They are very nice people and took their time answering my questions. All around 10/10 service and quality. I feel the difference and it looks awesome! read more

After dealing with sketchy tintshops for quotes and even going as far as trying to diy my tint ( do not recommend lol) here's a few reasons why im glad i stumbled across TRUE TINT. 1.price: reasonable price compared to other quotes specially when it came to the removal of my old tint. The other 3 places I called had similar pricing but would not give me a firm price with removel included let alone an estimate. TRUE TINT gave a firm price for removel and honored the price even though my rear windshield had really bad sundamage and bubling. 2.warranty: they offer a life time warranty for bubbling, fading and pealing but They don't cover scratches or nics. however i was told in the case that I do get damage outside the warranty to bring it by and they would do their best to acomdate replacement depending on the damage. 3.Service: technician wasted no time and had me out the door faster then I expected. 4.Staff:very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me choose the best options that addressed all my concerns and worked with me to acomdate my budget. 5.Facility : office was easy to find vey clean and cumfterble waiting area, complementary water and soda in waiting room. Overall the process was very seamless didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and the staff was very professional and transparent with the entire process. Also i was running late and they were very understanding so definitely a plus sins I'm always late. With any service of course you want to do your due diligence ,but I would highly recommend TRUE TINT as you're tint shop of choice. read more

They did a great job on my 1991 Chevy . Not so great on my 2018 jeep. Tint application was great on both. Upon pick up of the jeep notice that the edges of the windshield looked bubbly. Thought that it was wet from the solution use to apply the tint. A few days later it had not dried. Call Carlos to ask what could have caused it. He assured me it was nothing they did or could have done. After doing some research I found that the windshield is delaminating. The most common cause is excessive heat. A heat gun could have overheated the windshield I guess or maybe it setting out in the sun. Maybe it was like that when I dropped it off. Who knows. I do know that the only fix is a new windshield. read more
