Used to come here for all my vehicles modification since they were new in town years ago. I refer many friends to them as the one stop shop. I was quoted two different times last month for a job that was supposed to be done. They were busy so I went to vacation and came back the first day back in town and they did not honor the quote I was told when their employee came out and saw what was needed to be done and came inside and told them so I can know how much. Today they tried up charging me $120 more for the job. I was told I was lying about the pricing which was incorrect cause those two other days the price was just ten dollar difference. This place was wonderful for tint application and would definitely recommend it! The only thing that upset me was that I was told over Yelp and in person it was a $320 for ceramic all around plus an extra $35 for the Sun visor tint. I made sure to ask that I paid for that but noticed when I got home that I never got the tint so I called and was told to go back. When I went back they said the front person was explaining to the owners that I needed to pay for it (even though I made sure I was getting the front tint the day prior). I drove 40 minutes to get there for them to tell me I needed to pay the other $35 instead of telling me over the phone. I was going to leave but they stopped me in my car before I left and did it for me anyway because they said it was their confusion and didn't want me to leave with a bad opinion on the shop. I appreciated that but it was a little sucky that it happened for both myself and shop. Confusion happens so I am sorry for getting upset but thank you for helping me out guys. I just ordered and received my aftermarket tail lights for myself and I asked if VIP Kustomz have prior experience installing them and they said they do and gave me a quote and schedule me to install it on the same day. We were kind of stuck how to install the lights cause of the wiring and they were cautious they didn't want to mess everything up since there was no instructions for the lights. Would not come here again for a tint job!!! So originally I had made an appointment for a full front windshield tint, which the guy told me over the phone would cost me $85. I came in and the front gentlemen had BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, didn't even educate me about the tint quality and such. I changed my mind and chose to go with just the windshield strip, since I was skeptical and didn't want to commit to a full front windshield, I just had BAD VIBES. Sure enough, after he charged me and gave me back my keys, I got in my car, and saw that the left corner of the tint was literally hanging off the glass!!! WTH!!! It's only a strip, thank God I didn't commit to the full windshield!! I was in a rush so I pressed on the film to stick to my glass, and now I have BUBBLES! Also, BAD QUALITY TINT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HEAT REJECTION! I recommend paying a little more and going elsewhere. No bueno! read more

Got my windows tinted recently and the process was efficient! Service took about an hour for 5 of my windows! Went back to get the visor on my front windshield which took 30 ish minutes. The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is because they quoted me for $195 for 5 windows and the visor strip on the front windshield on Yelp but when I went in they did not include that and made me pay an extra $25 without a discount for the error on their end. (Not a big deal to me but would have been nice to have some discount or compensation for the error on their end). Other than that service is good and employees are nice. read more
