How do you choose a broker to sell your home?  The guy with the impressive bar graphs and handouts…read moreand comps?   The woman with 15 years' experience, very media savvy who would get your home all over social media?  Or Jeff the Strategist?   I asked him the "value" of our home.  "You're not gonna like my answer.  It's what a buyer offers and you accept."   Of course, he was correct.  He said that buyers nowadays immediately know when a home comes on the market in their price range.  So he suggested pricing it to attract those buyers with a plan to get multiple offers. We chose Jeff due to his experience dealing with multiple offers, how to attract them, how to leverage them against each other.  He explained his strategy in simple terms.  It made complete sense to us.  By pricing our home below what we considered its value, we got three viable offers, each of them over our list price, and one all-cash offer wayyy over our list price.   We countered the all-cash offer at $100,000 over our listed price and the buyer accepted.  Our home went on the market on a Friday and we had a signed contract the following Thursday.  Escrow closed 20 days later. Our home sold for more than any other home in our development.  We attribute that to Jeff's savvy and his experience in dealing with the home buying/selling experience.  One broker asked him "what would it take" for us to accept their offer.  He immediately called me and we discussed "what it would take."  Jeff's response to the broker exemplified his poker playing skills:  "Make them an offer that will blow them away."  We are happy and give Jeff 10 stars and recommend you call him!  He is low key, won't tell you what to do, and will help you get the most possible money for your home!

She added a whole another level of stress which was not necessary. Hard to believe she didn't just start being a realtor. Not professional by any sense. After close of escrow she was asked a simple question "After the lease back when do I need to be out of the house" her reply "Call title and ask RJ" which I did, and he was not certain on the exact date. So, I texted the buyer (he has already texted me several times asking me questions this week) I asked the buyer "What is the day I need to be out of the house?" I was not certain if the time started the day I got my money or the day before. Tina then texted my son saying she thinks it is the 22nd and for me not to text the buyer again. Why is everything a game? She could have just answered the question with the 22nd when i first asked her the question. Tina is just ridiculous. I am only writing this review so others will not have the same issues. Like I mentioned before hire Tina if you like the extra stress and her texting you at all hours telling you to sign papers even when you are in bed asleep at 10:30 - 11:00 at night or if you want in incorrect information given to you and for her to take no accountability for her errors even when it means you get $11,000 less at closing.
