After a week I called and was told they couldn't possibly have told us it would be done in a week because it would be at least two. While I was on the phone, the two owners started yelling at each other and acting very unprofessional. Two weeks turned into three weeks before the job was done. The paint job looked good when it was done, but the paint started to peel after a month. We took it back to ask about the warranty they said we had, and they told us it was rock chip damage and wasn't covered so they didn't have to fix it. I have seen many rock chips on paint and they didn't peal the way these were doing. I had to have it fixed elsewhere. I don't recommend this business unless you don't want your car back for a long time and don't want to have a dependable warranty.

We called the next day and were told to come back. A staff member took photos of the truck and said someone would call within a few days with a quote. After receiving the quote, we were told to drop the truck off Sunday afternoon or Monday morning and that it would be finished by Friday or the following Monday at the latest. We dropped the keys in the drop box Sunday afternoon and made do with one vehicle all week. When we called Thursday for an update, we were told they hadn't even started on it and that it wouldn't be done until the following Friday. We were never contacted about the delay, so we went and picked up the truck. Delays happen, but better communication and setting realistic timelines would have made a big difference.
