I emailed them in the first week that my coolant was a bit low and they mailed me a bottle of coolant for free. And people working there is nice and polite. I'm a first time customer of Edelmann's. A buddy here in NH said "if you want a no-nonsense buying experience, just give them a call" and I checked their site, they had the bike I wanted in stock, they confirmed there's no dealer fees, freight fees, unboxing, title or any other paperwork fees. I went and checked out the bike I wanted, they left me alone while I looked it over, sat on it felt out the ergo and I went home and emailed them and bought everything via email. They gave me a discount on some accessories too. Very positive buying experience. I'm going to hit them up first for my next bike. read more

At the end of this long road was a really cool dealership, complete with a shop cat. Super friendly cat! I worked with cody, who was very helpful and attentive. He was only willing to give a non-refundable deposit, which I totally understand. But he attended to all my needs on my bike and made changes when I asked. He, along with several other members of the staff explained components of my bike to me and made special adjustments. read more
