I was on the highway passing thru New York When a rather large bubble in the tread of my rear tire ... the bike started to violently shake ... cars on highway saw I was in a bad way and slowed so I could get to break down lane .... had Bike towed to dealership at 10 pm Left a note drop box ... left message saying I was traveling thru and hopefully they could put tire on first . Called first thing to talk to service .... Mike in service was the rudest service person I have ever met at an Indian dealership First he said the dealership was very busy and couldn't get to till the afternoon ... I'm sure if those customers with bikes there would not have mind if dealer to a hour to put tire on someone traveling thru .. then he said he had to check if tire stock and would get back to me .. no call I had to call him ... .... so I went to dealership at 11:00 ... I sat there till 4 pm ...Lost a whole day of travel time ..... I went in today ready to buy an UTV, I'd researched, picked brand, model, etc., and just needed someplace to order for me and to answer a question or two. We walked in and a gentleman walked from the other end of the store seemingly towards us, but he never acknowledged us and he walked right past into an office area. Okay.... So we walk to the other end of the store where an employee comes from the back parts area and we ask him if someone was available to talk UTVs. He said "so-so does sales he's over there" (gestures to where we were and where the gentleman we now know is the sales person ignored us). Keep in mind we are the ONLY people in the store. So we walk over towards the sales desk and nothing.... No one came out. We waited. Finally we left. I can only assume since we were 2 women, not looking like bike riders, that we were dismissed.... Either way I will never return, and will tell anyone who will listen to go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. You guys totally lost a sale (and a big one since the UTV I want is electric and costs significantly more). read more

At my first visit I looked around Wild Horse Powersports. there was a 1948 Chief with Side Car, in front of the shop. Note; my dad rode a 1948 Chief in the 50s. As I walked in to look at the Scouts on the floor, the sales man came up to me. He informed me of the deference between the Scout and the Chief. I left that day and pondered my decision. Months later I returned to buy my New 2022 Indian Chief. I returned and they had just had a 2022 Indian Chief arrive. I sat on it and all questions were answered. The weight and balance were surprisingly easy to adopt to. Everything the bike had to offer I was informed of. I than sat down and put my deposit down and ordered the Chief. Throughout the order of the bike, numerous calls were made to Wild Horse, all were returned with answers, Upon arrival they called me, and a pickup date was set. The options were put on and money saved with a $500.00 Veterans offer from Indian. Were installed. Upon arriving there I went to the back of the floor where my Ruby Smoke Chief was being wiped down. Papper work was done and there was NO differance on the agreed price. The hands-on briefing of the bike was done. Complete with a safety check list. This was not rushed and took some time, but well worth it. As the controls were unifilar to me. Next came my first ride on my New Chief at 28 degrees. It was the Greatest 5 Miles of my life! Once back , they all came out to to load the bike in the trailer, offering tips. Once home I rode it in the Living Room and Decorating it for Christmas, of course. read more

Ive been to a few true Indian Motorcycle dealers, this is not one, rather a Polaris dealer. When you walk in the door its not Indian Motorcycles that you see but on my visit, it was jet ski's and other brand used bikes. They do have a gorgeous 1948 Indian thats on display but not for sale. I came here looking for a Indian Chief vintage and they did not have any, was told "the Chief dark horse was the same bike". Perhaps mechanically, but im not buying a Dark Horse. Just didnt have the treat you like family Indian dealership vibe. read more

Can't say enough good things about this dealer. The staff is very professional and there to answer any questions you might have. They have an excellent selection of riding gear, from helmets to armored jackets and everything else you might need to get up and riding. When I purchased my 2017 Indian Chieftain Limited the owner went over every detail of the bike with me before I left. Even set up my iPhone for me with the Ride Command System. I'm looking forward to returning after the brake in period for my 500 mile maintenance check. I'm confident they'll have me back on the road in no time. read more

Anyone who owns a motorcycle knows it's hard to find a good motorcycle mechanic. I have a Triumph (Daytona 955i) which makes finding a good mechanic even more difficult. The mechanics that work here are great. They can read the engine codes for a Triumph, they do research, they make calls for parts (again, it's a Triumph) , and things are ready when they say they will be, if not before. They also seem willing to work on all types of motorcycles, even older ones. When I had a trip planned they worked my bike in same day, short notice to repair something. Tires were about the same as best online prices. Finally, it's generally been less than I thought for repair and maintenance work. Overall its been a superior service experience there. read more

I live in Delaware and own an Indian. I get all my servicing done when I come up to visit my daughter in Saratoga Springs at this dealership. Not only were they able to take care of a small warranty issue for me on Saturday but they were able to fit me in for an oil change and putting an accessory on my bike. Menneto Sales and Service is now Wildhorse Powersports and the business has moved back to Malta. Polaris snowmobiles, and ATV's, Yamaha snowmobiles, ATV's, watercraft and motorcycles, Victory and Indian motorcycles. I just purchased a new Polaris ATV for my son. I got a really good deal, the sales department did a good job and I really like the new location. The new location still needs some work before completely finished but it is much roomier than the old location. They even have indoor drive through drop-off and pickup. They have my recommendation, I hope the service department is as good as everything else, if I need them. read more

I brought my Yamaha r1 to mennetos powersports in Clifton park and it took them 7 months to clean the carbs and do a number of other minor repairs. I dropped it off in april and didn't get it back until October, it was only after I threatened to involve my lawyer that the bike was finally completed. If this place is affiliated with mennetos then I will never step foot in this place. read more
