I went in today ready to buy an UTV, I'd researched, picked brand, model, etc., and just needed…read moresomeplace to order for me and to answer a question or two. We walked in and a gentleman walked from the other end of the store seemingly towards us, but he never acknowledged us and he walked right past into an office area. Okay.... So we walk to the other end of the store where an employee comes from the back parts area and we ask him if someone was available to talk UTVs. He said "so-so does sales he's over there" (gestures to where we were and where the gentleman we now know is the sales person ignored us). Keep in mind we are the ONLY people in the store. So we walk over towards the sales desk and nothing.... No one came out. We waited. Finally we left. I can only assume since we were 2 women, not looking like bike riders, that we were dismissed.... Either way I will never return, and will tell anyone who will listen to go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. You guys totally lost a sale (and a big one since the UTV I want is electric and costs significantly more).

At my first visit I looked around Wild Horse Powersports. there was a 1948 Chief with Side Car, in…read morefront of the shop. Note; my dad rode a 1948 Chief in the 50s. As I walked in to look at the Scouts on the floor, the sales man came up to me. He informed me of the deference between the Scout and the Chief. I left that day and pondered my decision. Months later I returned to buy my New 2022 Indian Chief. I returned and they had just had a 2022 Indian Chief arrive. I sat on it and all questions were answered. The weight and balance were surprisingly easy to adopt to. Everything the bike had to offer I was informed of. I than sat down and put my deposit down and ordered the Chief. Throughout the order of the bike, numerous calls were made to Wild Horse, all were returned with answers, Upon arrival they called me, and a pickup date was set. The options were put on and money saved with a $500.00 Veterans offer from Indian. Were installed. Upon arriving there I went to the back of the floor where my Ruby Smoke Chief was being wiped down. Papper work was done and there was NO differance on the agreed price. The hands-on briefing of the bike was done. Complete with a safety check list. This was not rushed and took some time, but well worth it. As the controls were unifilar to me. Next came my first ride on my New Chief at 28 degrees. It was the Greatest 5 Miles of my life! Once back , they all came out to to load the bike in the trailer, offering tips. Once home I rode it in the Living Room and Decorating it for Christmas, of course.

Chances are - if there was bad communication- there's another side to the story. In any case, he closed the shop a while back but I could not let the lone review be negative. This dude rebuilt multiple street bikes and dirt bike for me with no issues ever. It was a real shame when he closed.

I'm not going to bash the mechanical skills of this establishment because my bike was operational…read morewhen I was finally able to pick it up, what I can comment on is poor business practices. If you bring your motorcycle to A2Z be prepared for extremely long wait times, very poor communication, down-right disregard for customers concerns/timelines, non-committal hours of operation and no means of reaching this business to leave messages. The place is a one man operation and that may be part of the problem but there really is no excuse for poor communication. A2Z has no formal website, it appears there is a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/A2Z-Cycle-Shop/329154223797289?rf=263555550408647) that has no activity. There is no way to e-mail this business, the voice mail box is continually "full" and they do not reply to text messages. They are not there when a mutually agreed upon meeting time is to take place. Hourly rate is $65.00, but do yourself a favor, head to JJ Cycles in Watervliet, their rate is $60 and they will treat you right, provide clear communication and be available during their posted business hours. I took a gamble on A2Z... I'm not a gambler, I made a mistake. Wish my review was the other way around but, it is honest and truthful. Once bitten twice shy.
