However, I was disappointed with the overall value and communication regarding services. I received a lavender pedicure and a dip manicure on my natural nails and asked for an almond shape, but my nails came out uneven and more oblong with inconsistent shaping. I received a lavender manicure and the massage was way too rough with the exfoliating scrub. I was also told something would be applied to make the nail color brighter, but was not informed this would be an additional charge until checkout. "Chrome" was added and I had no clue as I just started doing my nails after more than 5yrs of not going to a nail salon. During the manicure my cuticles were cut very aggressively and I went home with bleeding and soreness. For the total price of $200, I expected better quality, gentler technique, and clearer communication about add-on costs. I did tip, but not as well as I normally would. I believe the technician did her best, but it wasn't up to par with the pricing.

The technician who assisted me, Mai, significantly over-filed my nails during the removal process, leaving them extremely thin and fragile. When I noticed how thin they had become, I politely asked if she could avoid filing my other hand as much. She became upset and insisted that she had not over-filed them, saying that damage is normal when you get your nails done. While I understand that some wear can happen, my concern was simply to prevent the same level of filing on my other hand. I stayed quiet because I didn't want to escalate the situation, but she continued insisting that she had done nothing wrong. Eventually she said she would let my other hand soak longer in acetone so she wouldn't have to file as aggressively, something that likely should have been done from the start to minimize damage. She then got up, visibly upset, left me waiting, and never returned. I left with one hand unfinished and the other one with very damaged and over-filed nails. I do want to thank the receptionist, who was very kind, understanding, and professional. She tried to find someone else to help me and processed a refund without any pushback, which I really appreciated.

I show up for my appointment excited to meet her and ask her the laundry list of questions I have pertaining to services she may suggest I need for healthier skin. She wasn't there. There was a very sweet girl named Jessica who was there to do my lash lift. I did raise my concerns to Jessica about it not being communicated to me that Raegan would not be the one doing my lash lift and tint when I made the appointment. I was concerned because I hadn't seen any of her work as I had Raegan's so I was skeptical about staying for my services. Jessica made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. We talked and laughed the whole time. Once she was done with my lash lift and tint, I was overall pleased with her work. I could immediately tell with my lashes being lifted, my eyes felt more open. I would like to include that upon getting home and getting a closer look at my lashes, there are several that are still straight that weren't lifted but I'm pleased with the overall look...
