The prices are not that far below retail (pretty much are the standard retail price, so don't come here expecting a bargain). The store won't offer discounts (boo!!!), but they will throw in a good amount of store credit so you can get something else with your purchase. Think earrings or a bracelet or something from the back section of the store. The salesman, Franklin, was personable and helpful, and he knew a lot about his product. He had a lot of charm too, which is always a plus. He also did not pressure us to buy at all and was eager to let us try on as many watches as we wanted. Ultimately we didn't end up making a purchase here, but if you have deep pockets and are in the market for a Tag watch, this is a good place to drop some dough.

Not only is their work immaculately well-crafted with a wide variety of unique settings and brilliant stones - the owners themselves, Sunil and Kanchan, are human treasures worth spending your time with!!!! They are insightful and intuitive without a stitch of pressure or manipulation. As I was leisurely browsing, return customers strolled in, hugged them cheerfully and exchanged warm conversation...5 years - 10 years - 15 years these people said they were loyal customers. At first I thought that was unusual. However, by the time I decided on a purchase and completed everything -- I found myself warmly hugging them both and looking forward to my next visit to Eden Jewelers.
