I had an appointment for noon, and at 12:28, I was still waiting. I was in town for a wedding and didn't have time to spare. She got extremely upset because I questioned her about taking a walk in before my appointment. She called me rude, told me I had not been waiting long enough, told me she would not do my hair, and told me to go somewhere else. When I showed her how long I had been waiting, she took the clock off the wall and tossed it behind her! I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I did contact the district manager who said she would "coach her". I would fire her.

I went here about 4-5 times when prepping for my wedding and honeymoon. This was my first…read moreexperience with eyelash extensions and it couldn't have gone better. It could be a little awkward to lay with your eyes closed for an hour and a half while someone hovers over your face to apply lashes but Pam made me feel so comfortable. I loved chatting with her and looked forward to my appointments. My lashes always looked great too. Pam also did my spray tan ahead of my wedding and it came out great. I got it done on a Thursday and by my wedding Saturday it had settled nicely. Eyelash extensions are expensive to keep up so I eventually had them removed (by my girl Pam again). I miss her and having lashes, so I think I'll return in the summer when I want that "low maintenance" look. Also, I love how easy it is to book an appointment online.
