She said the three bowls of bleach was very unnessasary and could've harmed the baby, I am pregnant...and that the reason why my scalp got so burnt is because my body temp is already higher than everyone else's since I'm pregnant, and with the amount of bleach and the fact that she put a plastic cap over my head and left it in for 45 mins it made the heat stay in even worse and the chemical burns left all over my head shows it. She is an idiot and doesn't have a clue what she's doing.

I got a full set of acrylic nails done here. They looked fantastic, BUT everything was NOT sterile…read morelike it should have been. The woman who did my nails had used the nail file on other people. She "disinfected" her instruments with alcohol, not barbicide or bleach. You should also always make a client wash their hands before you start a nail service. She didn't do that either. She just brought out the alcohol for that, which stunk because my hands were very dry already. When I was in there two women were getting their hair done, and it seemed to turn out okay. I just wouldn't recommend this place for nails. I'd also be weary of going here for hair since they seem to have problems with proper disinfection.

I had an appointment for noon, and at 12:28, I was still waiting. I was in town for a wedding and didn't have time to spare. She got extremely upset because I questioned her about taking a walk in before my appointment. She called me rude, told me I had not been waiting long enough, told me she would not do my hair, and told me to go somewhere else. When I showed her how long I had been waiting, she took the clock off the wall and tossed it behind her! I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I did contact the district manager who said she would "coach her". I would fire her.
