If you're coming in on a cruise ship, it's a good 30 minute walk from where the tender boats drop you off. I recently spent a week in Cabo and got two 90 minutes massages at Eden's spa - both massages were fabulous! The girls were very professional and made me feel comfortable. The only thing that annoyed me was the people in the room next to me talking super loud, which was very distracting. I asked if she could ask them to be quiet and she left the room for a moment to tell the masseuse and he nicely told them to talk softly. Also, the A/C got a little cold - it was set to 18 Celsius. I love good A/C but I was nakey under the sheet and it got a little chilly! LOL. Overall it was a great place and I'm so glad it was close to my hotel. Well, Over the period of 7 days I had three different sessions. Two separate massages, one haircut, manicure and pedicure. Knocking down the stars rating to three for this reason: Prices are a floating notion by the person in charge at the front desk. Even though we agreed on a price the day before any of my services, the price was increased every visit. It was a different person at the desk each visit. All spoke a modicum of English. I speak fluent Spanish. When a new higher price was quoted and I asked why all of a sudden the person completely forgot his / her English skills. I shocked them by changing to Spanish and then showed them the brochure on the desk. "Oh, those are the old prices", I was told. Or "I don't know why that person told you the couples massage costs $60 when the price is $80". So be aware that you will probably be scammed out of some dollars. Okay services that I enjoyed. Because I visit from the U.S. (and have come from a cruise ship) I can book online and get confirmation and reminders. I've also had a manicure and pedicure which were great. 3.5 bumped up to 4. Polish did not cover my nails completely and I'm not sure how the tools are cleaned but the location was convenient and beat the resort prices. It was $55 USD for regular mani/pedi and $25 USD for regular mani. Claudia was nice and helped me put my sandals back on after my pedicure and gave me cold water and offered a selection of fruit/cereal bars. My friend tried to tell her manicurist that she accidentally smudged one of her nails but I don't know if she understood and didn't offer to fix it while she waited for me to get my pedicure done. There was a mosquito that bit me and was hanging out on the wall behind me. I was afraid it'd bite me again! They felt bad for me and were nice enough to kill it for me. I wouldn't mind coming back wearing bug spray but would call ahead to schedule an appointment in the future. read more

To be fair, the electricity went out while we were there. It was miserable for all of us, including the staff. So please at least keep that in mind. We paid $196 USD ($20 deposit from when we booked the appt, then $176 charged on Visa). One 60 minute massage and pedicure for my husband. One 60 minute massage and manicure with gel polish for me. (no electricity also means no gel.. also meant no refund apparently.) On their building it shows we should have paid $1700 pesos for the services we received, or right about $100, plus any up charge for the gel (which I didn't get). So we paid about double. There was no pampering to any of it. It was so hot and humid and I think they just wanted to be done. There was no foot soak for the pedicure. They clipped my husband's nails but left them seriously jagged. The manicure was OK at best. The polish still wasn't dry after over an hour and rubbed off one of my nails when I washed and dried my hands. Their solution for our trouble was to offer a discount when we book another appointment. I'm afraid we won't be booking again though and paying them more money. It just wasn't a good experience for us. I wouldn't recommend. read more

My massage was $70 USD (I should've asked to be charged in pesos on my credit card, and I totally forgot about this). Unlike some of the other reviews below, my price quoted on the phone was the price of my massage and pedi (90 min massage, with a pedi). I came with a group of five--one of them had a mani instead which was an extra $5 charge and another had a deep tissue massage which cost a little more). I believe my masseuse was named Nicole. She was amazing! They start by taking you upstairs where there is a bathroom for your use beforehand, then they give you time to change. Because we were a large group, you may have to share with a friend. After the massage, they give you time to change and when you get downstairs, you can grab a snack and water to eat/drink during your pedicure. Nicole was great, but she was being rushed a bit by a manager because they had another group coming in. Remember to bring cash to tip! I will say that the other group that came in was a group of men (which is all good for you), but one of them started saying creepy things toward my particular masseuse. The management did not pair her up with the creepy guy, but y'all--can we not be disgusting towards people who are just trying to make a dang living? Something about can't use two specials at once. The first discount wasn't mine , but ok. Your business. We go up to the clean room and it's fine. You can (as many other reviews say) hear everything from dogs to traffic to the conversation in the next room. Paper thin walls. The massage was ok, not great and I've probably had worse. I had a male who, and I want to be nice.... had very rough hands... not in rough pressure but as in calloused hands. Not the soft feel you want. My wife's gal according to her was inexperienced. And used lotion! Not oil. So, if cost savings are important. This might be the fit. This was just our experience and can't claim to be an expert. We saw another couple come out very happy. The spa at our resort was booked (with the freak rain storm) and I found this place on Trip Advisor and called them to book an appointment for the day of. It was a 15 minute Uber ride. They have tons of packages of various combos of massage, facial, pedicure, manicure. We ended up opting for 90 minute massage and pedicure. To upgrade to deep tissue massage was an additional $10 USD. They told us they only took cash, but I saw them taking credit cards ... and they didn't offer a cash discount. The massage was good ... painful but good. But the room we were in was cold and the sheets way too thin. The music kept cutting in and out and for about 45 minutes, all I heard was a dog barking outside which isn't nearly as soothing as crashing waves or new age music. The pedicure was good and my toes are lovely, even though they are now hidden way in wool socks and rainboots. I thought everything was clean - but it's no frills. When they were done, they turned on the bright fluorescent lights full blast and walked out. No robes, no showers and no facilities. Compared to other massages I've had in Mexico, this was actually done by someone with experience; but after an afternoon spent at an actual report spa the day before, I was disappointed I didn't have a more relaxing end to my massage. read more
