Started off good. Then they were swamped with work and just dropped our service without notice after they let an enormous weed bloom occur. I mean I get it business grew too fast for them to keep up and his brother quit on him. I feel like they let the yard go and then left us high and dry to clean up the mess they created. I called Albert in somewhat of an emergency. My wife's parents were traveling in from out of the country and we needed our overgrown lawn fixed immediately. Our previous lawn company had left weeds in the backyard grow out of control because I asked them not to use weedkiller. We have two cats and a rabbit we let roam free around our backyard, so we absolutely DO NOT feel our they are safe with a chemically treated lawn. Their solution? Not to cut the weeds at all. Luckily I looked around and found Electric Cuts. First off, Albert arrived and took care of my little emergency, leaving the entire mess that was my lawn looking AMAZING. I didn't have to manage him at all. He only stopped when it looked perfect, which was many many hours later on a flat fee. Secondly, we were happy to learn that he didn't use chemicals at all to kill weeds - he uses vinegar which kills them naturally. This is the pet safe alternate we had been looking for, but were never offered. If you care about your pets I think you will agree that this is the healthiest approach. Third, electric cuts doesn't run smelly lawnmowers, weed eaters, and blowers. His approach is environmentally friendly and a lot quieter than the alternative. If you are concerned about climate change, hiring this company is another small step in the right direction. Since that first emergency, Albert has adopted my lawn as his own. He has been here every week turning my lawn from the worst on the block to the best. He doesn't just zip through like all the other companies. He takes his time.
