Our GE double wall oven was acting up and he took the top electronic cover off and checked the wires. He tested all of the possible error codes to check for issues and found none. He tested the broiler, oven temps and convection fans to ensure all was working okay. He also diagnosed our dryer sound that suddenly and intermittently appeared a few weeks ago as a broken idler that we could buy online and either install ourselves (he showed us how) or call him to install when it comes in at his hourly rate. This monstrosity was attached to a nice small masonry porch and covered a solid concrete staircase leading into the yard. The previous owners of our house used the area under the deck as a drop zone for junk like old coolers. In a day and a half, he tore down the deck, and removed and hauled away about two tons of debris. In addition, he installed two very nice, high-quality railings on the cement stairs.
