So I bought a 2025 polaris ranger xp 1000 ultimate northstar crew cab in 2024, got around 4100 miles on it, love the buggy, a few minor issues, which should never have been an issue. My issue is this, I went to do a simple tune up, plugs and wires, ive done alot in the automotive industry, no big deal, the plug wire separated, also happens, there are 2 plug wires on my buggy, they do not sell them as a set, each from polaris, is ridiculous in price, and on back order, no after market options I've been able to find, edge, where I paid a stupid amount of money to, said they'd order the parts, it's take care of yer customers first, get them back up and running. Updated on 2023-08-15. 2023-08-05 -- I called Edge Performance and spoke to Randy in sales about the Honda CRF300L Rally ABS. They have one CRF300L Rally ABS with a deposit already on it. Randy itemized the out-the-door price and kept pricing simple and fair. Before calling Edge Performance, I communicated with around 40 other Honda dealers. 2023-08-05 -- My girlfriend and I drove 14 hours round trip over the weekend to pick up the Honda CRF300L Rally ABS because the guy with the deposit no longer wanted it. We had multiple road delays and kept in touch with Randy. He was responsive. The delays pushed us close to their closing time. We met Randy and a few of his associates. They were friendly. Edge Performance Sports has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. There wasn't much paperwork since I was paying in full with a cashier's check. Randy did a wonderful job balancing multiple customer transactions and working with associates. He didn't just focus on talking to me but also kept the conversation going with my girlfriend. She appreciated being a part of the conversation. I've been encouraging her to learn to ride a motorcycle. She liked the design of the Honda Trail 125 on the floor and asked if she could sit on it. A guy next to Randy's desk said it has been sold and we wouldn't be able to sit on it. We were respected that they wanted to protect motorcycles that were already sold. I asked for Randy's manager's name so I can follow up and share the positive experience we had. He said he had several managers but Chuck is the main one. Randy and another associate helped load and secure the CRF300L Rally into the cargo van as the dealership was closing. Randy missed his workout. Randy handed me a thick envelope with "Edge Performance Sports" logo printed on the outside that included all receipts and docs to title the motorcycle. On Monday, August 14, 2023, I took the thick envelope with me to the DMV and waited two hours. The DMV rep said the missing Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) is needed to create the first title. I called Randy and asked why the MCO wasn't included so I could title the motorcycle. Randy said that sometimes the MCO is shipped later and he'll send it when it arrives. That's false. The MCO is included with each motorcycle's crate from the manufacturer. I asked him what's the ETA to get the MCO to me. He said he'll check. Debi came on after a few minutes. I said I was waiting for Randy. Debbie said Randy asked her to take the call. Debi was confused why the MCO was not included. She said it could be a miscommunication with the finance guy. I said, while that's possible, that's unlikely since from the start, I told Randy I was paying with cash/cashier's check and that Randy checked with the finance guy while I was there. I let Debi know that in some cases where a customer is paying with a personal check, the dealer waits until the check clears before releasing the MCO. She agreed that can take place. She apologized and said she'll priority mail the MCO to me overnight. UPS did notify me later in the day that I would be receiving a package the next day. Debi was exceptional in taking responsibility for someone else's mistake and providing a solution. On Tuesday, August 15, Chuck, the GM, called. Chuck said he was sorry about what happened and confirmed the MCO was on its way. I let him know that we mostly had a terrific experience. I shared that we all make mistakes. How we take responsibility for our mistakes and find solutions to address those mistakes are what matters. I mentioned I wasn't sure why Randy didn't take ownership, did not tell the truth about the MCO, and passed me to Debi. Chuck said he'll go ever the interaction at the next sales meeting to learn from it. I encouraged him to focus on all the great actions and behaviors that also took place with Randy and other associates. This review was originally a 5. It dropped to a 3 after the lack of ownership and lying about the missing MCO. +1 was added after Debi overnighted the MCO and Chuck called. read more

Purchased a second Atv from different dealer couple weeks after buying from edge and received the promotional rate. Found out Edge only reached out to 1 of 3 banks that offered the promotional rate. They knew I met the criteria for it and knew I qualified why they gave up after 1 out of 3, who knows. Will never buy from them again. read more

Bought an Outlander 700 at the end of August and planned on taking it back to the dealer for the first service. I had also ordered everything I needed for the next time to change oil. Got called by the parts dept. that I needed to come get the stuff I ordered or he was going to put it back in stock. I told him that the parts manager had told me that I could get the items when I brought it in for service. He said he was going to check and see if that was the truth. So I told them put the items somewhere besides on the shelf. Now it won't start when it's cold. The service manager I just talked to they could get to it in 3 weeks. I asked him if it would be fixed on warranty and he said it depends on what is wrong with it. It only has 400 miles on it and didn't show up until cold weather started. Th problem was there when I bought it. It will be on Craigs list in the spring. read more

Very bad online customer service. I asked availability of two bikes, no one can tell me anything. All they do is ask for personal information rather then answer my simple question. I am a cash buyer and this infuriates me. Simple question, is this item in stock. Never had my question answers, they just ask for my phone number, email, and all sorts of other things rather then answer a customers question. This is exactly why people hate motorcycle dealers. When it came time to actually sign my papers I noticed that the financial guy had tacked on a $1,000 5 year warranty that I had no intention of buying. I didn't like that they tried to "sneak" it into my paperwork without telling me, and I asked that he take it off right away. He did, but I was slightly miffed. My husband and I were traveling through Ontario OR for an extended vacation. We were traveling on a 2015 Honda Goldwing. It was time for an oil change. So we gave them a call. They were swamped and couldn't fit us in that day. So we asked if we bought the oil and filter could we change it ours selves in the parking lot, and they were fine with it. So we showed up, bought the oil, filter and a funnel. The guys provided us with the oil collection pan. We took the bike around back. We had our own tools so proceeded to change the oil. Everything went off without a hitch! Then we cleaned up all our rags, oil jug and filter. Carried the pan of oil so it was out of the way. The owner/manager, not sure which, came out to make sure everything went okay and apologized for not being able to get us in. We were so thankful he helped us out. He really went above and beyond for us! It wasn't about making the most money he could make from us. It was about helping out someone in need and getting us back on the road again. I left my 2015 Can-Am Oulander XT MAX 650 ATV in the care of Edge Performance Sports for consignment. While in their care, my ATV was ridden 110 miles without my permission and had damage done to the undercarriage. In addition, they neglected to provide me with adequate, relevant, and complete information regarding the processes involved in the sale of my ATV. They recorded and presented to potential buyers inaccurate details about the specification of my ATV. I also need to mention their disreputable representation regarding listing and selling, retail and consignment costs and pricing: My ATV was not listed on their website during this time and they delayed getting it onto the lot for display for 10 days. I was given conflicting retail and listing prices, and consignment costs by various employees - both verbally and in writing. I expressed my disappointment in their service and was asked what I would be willing to accept to resolve this particular issue. I quoted the dollar amount that they assured me would be my return after commission - I was denied that amount. I was told by the owner that Edge would pay off my loan, however the amount he was willing to pay was not the amount of my payoff. He stated that I would be responsible for the remaining balance. I informed them that I would be picking up my ATV because I was very unhappy with the way they were conducting this business transaction. This is when I found out that my machine was driven 110 miles. I sent a resolution (2nd) proposal to the owner, General Manager, Financial Manager, and salesperson asking that Edge pay for my personal mileage and fuel as well as costs related to renting a comparable ATV for the miles it was driven while in their possession. They did not response by the date I requested so I sent a followup email to inform them of my decision to take further action. Again, they did not respond. I am outraged by the unacceptable and irresponsible actions exhibited by the business and its employees. As a trusting customer and female, I am disgraced by the unprofessional treatment I received. I am extremely disturbed by the greeting I received on my initial visit: the managerial employee displayed rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and inconsiderate behavior toward me during our conversation - on my second visit, he ignored my presence entirely. Edge employees neglected to perform these ethical duties and their legal responsibilities during the time that my ATV was in their possession. I will never recommend there services! read more

When I was keen on getting a new Honda CRF450R I made quite a few calls around the area and even checked multiple dealers out of state for the best decision. Eventually I was referred to Edge Performance Sports where I was able to work with Rory over the phone who had been able to produce the bike (built from the crate) and the best price within a couple days from my first outreach. He probably would have done it even faster but I was still shopping around a bit to ensure I was getting the best treatment. Ended up that the guy who referred me was right and Edge had the best price and easy process. They had the bike built and ready for pickup when I arrived and the paperwork took less than 5-10 minutes before I was free to go! I will never go back to Edge because of sloppy workmanship. When I had the tires replaced on my bike I also had the steering head taken apart to inspect and pack the bearings. When I got the bike back, the steering head lock would not engage. After that was "taken care" of, I went for a ride of about eighty miles. In half of that distance, the steering became very loose. Instead of going back to Edge, I went to an independent mechanic who had to replace the entire bearing assembly. To the credit of the manager I was reimbursed for the extra expense. I will never go back as this was an extremely dangerous situation and was very unnecessary to have to had to deal with. This has not been my only problem there.j read more
