Had an intake fuel pressure relief valve go out on 06 88 twin cam,he said I'll change it for200, I came back and the bill 376,far off,and 1 day later was left stranded, and had to open the filter up and do it roadside,and he pinched the new oring and it was letting air in.i called and asked for him to fix,and he said a week and that I had gremlins in my fuel system. I had my Harley Trike serviced (15,000 mile) at a cost of $600. This is more than the dealership and had to wait 1-2 months for an appointment. The day after service my trike was leaking tranny fluid. I called Pro-Power the mechanic told me to tighten up the tranny plate screws (that he left loose). I had to buy a set of short Allen wrenches to do the job. Never offered for me to bring bike back in; it's now my problem after paying him $600 the day before and him not properly tightening screws. So I don't usually write reviews on yelp but I have done business with Todd and Cathy at Pro Power for years now and feel it is time. I love the old Harley stuff and have rebuilt three now. It is quite difficult to find a Harley shop that will deal with older bikes. If you want to go to the local Harley store....good luck with them even wanting to research parts for you older ride and hold on to your pocketbook for any service needs. Todd and Cathy go the extra mile to find the parts you need and their knowledge and experience is unmatched. If you want fabrication or service work LOOK NO FURTHER. Todd's fabrication skills and his welding skills are unmatched!! Cathy is super friendly and is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. This is my bike shop for EVERY Harley need. I would like to add that Todd and Cathy have become true friends and they are most importantly not greedy. They obviously don't overprice things and are in the line of work they do because it is their passion. I think that is very important when choosing a business to work with. read more

Went to this shop to buy a new set of mirrors for my bike. I was on my bike, and had it parked right in front of the door. I asked to use a wrench to swap out the mirrors, as I had no way of getting them home to do it, and I was told that they don't loan tools. I was literally parked right in front of their shop, about to spend $80 on mirrors, and just needed to use a 1/2" wrench to swap them out, and they told me again, that don't loan tools out. Not sure if that is a wise business choice, being that I have spent money there before, and would have gone back more, but I do not think that they are the "friendly neighborhood bike mechanic shop," and now I will never go there ever again! Normally I would never ask to borrow a $2 wrench for 5 whole minutes, but mirror broke while I was out for a ride, and just wanted to be safe. This shop obviously doesn't care about anything but making money! read more
