I have purchased mud flaps from them before, and this time I took my 1/2 ton truck to Total off road for equipment such as power trailer mirrors and other towing specific equipment in order to tow a large Bennington Tritoon boat I recently purchased. They could have sold me everything and anything possible costing me thousands of dollars and I wouldn't have known better. They asked me what I was intending to tow, and when I told them, they said they would rather I do some research on my truck's towing capabilities before taking my money. They said they did not believe my truck would comfortably and safely tow my new boat, without putting a strain on my transmission and brakes, especially to the mountain lakes I intended to tow. Instead of making a sale off of me and taking advantage of my lack of knowledge (my bad for not doing research before I bought the boat, which not surprisingly the boat dealer said "Oh that will tow this boat no problem"), Matt and Luke literally had my best interest at heart, more than making a sale. After doing my research, they were absolutely right, and I traded my 1/2 Ton truck in for a 2500 RAM. Although they did not make a sale off of me that day, they will definitely get all my business for anything I need for my new RAM. The day after service my trike was leaking tranny fluid. I called Pro-Power the mechanic told me to tighten up the tranny plate screws (that he left loose). I had to buy a set of short Allen wrenches to do the job. Never offered for me to bring bike back in; it's now my problem after paying him $600 the day before and him not properly tightening screws. I will NOT be back and neither will my father-in-law with his trike!

But i was ignorant of diff brand pricing, quality etc. I called & thier response was nothing they can do past 1 yr warranty. i tried 2 ask why oil plug was either welded shut or goop like epoxy. So i couldn't even refill it. Come to find out, & unknown2 me at the time, it APPEARS it was used returned jack.. I NEVER KNOWINGLY Purch ANYTHING USED, OPEN BOX, REFURBISHED. I went2 another AutoZone, recently 2 see, they had a tiny sign used, but I'd have noticed if it had been there at other store, bcuz i gave leaking non functional used once, jack 2my neighbor & told him fix it it's yours. He did fix it!! I asked how'd he get the plug open. He said plug was elsewhere on jack. He Offered 2 give back but i couldn't go back on my word. He restaited give back - I said no but loan it to me abt once a yr. He agreed. In short all the other store had2 do was look at it. HOWEVER They don't sell jack oil :-( or so guy at store said. I'm guessing 1st owner somehow intentionally or unintentionally loosened oil plug or worse it comes loose by itself. Guy at store said seals go bad after yr or 2 & they don't sell the seals either? I haven't checked if any of that (oil or seals) is true. No intention of purch any thing significant frm them again, convenience only. Also chngd rating frm 1* to 2.5can't do 2.5 so 2. If U plan to purch frm AutoZone MAKE SURE It's NEW, & they sell maintenance type items 4 that product, seals, specialty oil, screws, nuts or bolts, hinge pins, wheels, specialty batteries, battery door covers, specialty funnel, handle, ETC OR Name of someone you can obtain those items

Normally I don't have issues here but I bought a brand new tire and tube two months ago and had…read morethem mount it on my dirt bike wheel. I put it on my bike and loaded it in the truck, and left out of state next morning. Next day the tube is completely deflated meaning it had to have been pinched in the installation because there was not one ride on this new tube/tire. I ended up breaking my foot on that trip so I couldn't walk for two months. So I finally was able to walk into the store today with said tube and tire explaining that the tube was pinched and it deflated the day after I got it back and that I would like a replacement with no charge since it was messed up in the service I already paid for. The guy I talked to was a worker I've had positive experiences with but when I explained my situation with the tube and my broken foot, to account for the dragged out timeline, he didn't care at all and said it wasn't their fault that it deflated. He offered zero help or customer service and didn't even try to hear my side of things, and got super defensive after I explained what happened and asked for a free repair of their mistake. He said they check the tube and tire after the service and that there's no way it would have deflated unless it was my fault. Not true. Corporate has told these guys tube and tire installation needs to be within 24 hours now, and I got mine back the same day I dropped it off so there's no way they would have know it was going to slowly deflate. I even told him I put it on my bike the same day I got it back and it didn't deflate until the next day but I was already out of town. He did not care one bit and insinuated I somehow caused it to deflate. This really sucks because I go here a lot for specific fluids, gloves, and tube/tire service. But after my experience today with this guy not hearing me out or offering any kind of leeway, I don't really want to go back. I even offered to buy a tube and asked if they could install it for free but he refused and told me to take it somewhere else. Cycle gear is a big chain so they might now care at all about this and neither did he obviously, but I really hope he doesn't treat someone the same and hopefully people have better experiences there.

I bought it and was only able to get 1 of the modules connected. I did troubleshooting and then neither would connect. So I called cycle gear and was told they'd look at em. I get there and explain and less then 5 minutes and Shawn fixed and explained everything. Shawn is awesome!
