Then, when my staff contacted the company, not only is there a minimum charge per person, but they don't even have an office/location and, to hold the event, we would need to rent out a separate location (at our cost) to hold the event. Avoid at all costs as the service/response is piss poor and the additional fees to rent a location to hold the event is not properly disclosed on the website. Based on the quote received, a 3 hour corporate session for 10 people was between $2,350 - $2,600 depending on which "location" to hold the event, which is absolutely ludicrous given the other corporate event companies that are available.

Felt a bit odd but it's alright, however, the had another opinion (example) as your ID..they asked your SIN. WHAT??!!! Who asks that? That's illegal. Unless employed or tax return, NO ONE not even job interviews or school can ask you for such information. I was skeptics and didn't sign the waiver until I get there. They are pretty lax when explaining about the waiver (actually they didn't explain at all, just said read this through ok fill it out and walked away) not rude but could be a bit more welcoming for sure. Due to Covid they are "out of items" except bottles. Fun and a decent little workout but a bit disappointed that they have nothing but bottles. I mean if you are still opened, you should still have some options. You pay $10 per person going in then you pay whatever you're bringing in or buy from them to smash. Price varies. Take about 30mins and ended pretty fast. I'm guess each "$10" is 30mins? If you finish before 30mins and want more bottles, you can go to the front desk to purchase more. Washroom is decently clean but super dark (everywhere is dark) black walls, some lights not working, and one stall wasn't work either (meaning only one stall left. Parking lot right outside though. I'd say it's really fun but with the distance, price, and the fact that's there's only bottles..I might go there after a long while. Definitely not a place I'd go often or recommend to everyone.

After partnering up we were given a rundown by our field contact on the particulars of the assignment, and sent out into the field, ourselves, with all the required equipment, case file notes, and standard operations toolkit. By tracing the districts on foot and uncovering important clues and information, while watching out for potential dangers and subversions, we managed to find conclusions proving to be most pertinent to the case. Overall, our superiors informed us that we managed to achieve a Squad score of 94. We throughly relished the accomplished feeling we had of solving the case and determining the true circumstances of the murder. Feedback rating for Operations Field Team: 5/5 Stars. Highly recommended and would love to partner with them again in future on additional assignments.

The company has handled this with absolutely no urgency or professionalism. The chef was inappropriate and hostile with no effort from the company to compensate for damages. We are waiting for word back on the situation, but the company has been giving us the run around for 10 days with no communications from a manager or owner despite us being promised multiple times that they would get back to us the next day. We will be proceeding with legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the severity of the situation and the lack of action from the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES.
