There was no answer, only voicemail, even though their hours stated they would be open. I didn't leave a message, but someone called me back almost immediately, evidently getting my phone number from caller ID. The gentleman had a strong accent, and was somewhat hard to understand, though I appreciated him calling back so quickly. I was still in the parking lot. When I explained what I needed, he didn't recognize it, vaseline gauze for wounds. According to my doctor, this was a common item for first aid, but nobody knew what it was! I ended up getting it from Amazon, after checking every pharmacy and medical supply stores in a 20 mile area from Hillcrest Hospital. Even pharmacists had no idea what it was. So I can't fault them too much, though I was surprised that they didn't know what it was.

I was able to speak to Janine in the Twinsburg office and she suggested I bring it in. She is covering multiple locations, but was flexible so that I was able to meet her at the Twinsburg office. Due to Covid, she came to the car to retrieve the hearing aid. She determined it would have to be mailed to the factory and I worried how my dad would be able to get to the office to pick it up. I just got done reporting this place to the BBB because they don't have a complaint system internally. I was referred to the accreditation organization to file a complaint which I will be doing Monday morning. I was told to work with them from UHC for enteral nutrition. The first two shipments were just fine and arrived okay. Then I was told by them that the order was submitted incorrectly to begin with and I was in "overage" so no more could be shipped without doctors orders. It's been three weeks of hours and hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out. My doctor called me to fill out the forms over the phone and they faxed them back immediately. I called Edgepark everyday asking if they got the fax. Eventually they said yes, we have the updated information and we will be shipping it in a few days. That was a week ago. I called a few times this week. Today they told me that they were waiting on yet ANOTHER form they had faxed to my doctor right after I spoke with someone who had told me they had everything and the supplies would be shipped the next day. They said they can't release the order until they get that form from the doctor but couldn't tell me what the form was so I could alert my doctor of it. Every time I call they have a different story or a conflicting answer. I even got a call out of the blue in the middle of this to "confirm" and order for a week supply of the enteral nutrition. I rely on Enteral nutrition for 50-60% of my food intake. I have lost 7 pounds in the last month because I have no food. This is absolutely criminal. I don't know what else to do. I hope to switch DME's supplier at this point but I am just waiting for more info from my health insurance as well as a doctors appointment to go through all the paperwork yet again for a new place. DO NOT go with Edgepark for your DME's. They will literally starve you to death and they do not care. At this point, after reading other very similar reviews of this company I am super suspicious of them and think they are scamming people or committing fraud. the stories from people on Reddit and on here are criminal. I will be reporting them to other state and federal agencies in the coming week. Adding more information 8/13/2025. I contacted the email address provided in the comments and received no reply. I have since found out that Edgepark have NEVER sent any of the medical necessity paperwork (from my doctor) to my insurance for review. I spoke with an advocate at my insurance that said they never submitted anything except a claim asking for reimbursement for the supplies. Edgepark told me that since the claims were denied by my insurance they charge it back to my provider to get reimbursed for the supplies which is extremely concerning. I finally have the advocate at my insurance that is helping me navigate this but said I need to stick with Edgepark because it's the only DME that carries the supplies I need. Unfortunately I cannot change. I sent another email today the address provided in the comment below this review. I will update in the future on how this pans out. At this moment I still give them zero stars. Worst experience I have had in a long time. read more

All healthcare providers and all insurance providers need to read all of the reviews. There are no happy customers. If you care about your business or reputation then you need to find a different medical supply company. it has been 3 months since my surgery and that i needed supplies for my stoma and bags for the problem. The medical group, the doctors themselves, the dr assistants, myself and my wife have engaged to try to resolve this. Only after 90 days and 35-40 calls to the office we are getting some supplies. I also will say they somehow sent a tube of past and a bottle of powder that i dont use was sent. These are critical supplies that i need. After 8 days using the same bag ugh. i gave up and ordered from Amazon as they actually delivered the and i paid for what i MUST have. They will dance around thinking that they have provided service and somehow all the doctors, medical group, myself and my wife are not doing something wrong. I am sorry but all are professionals including myself as i work in escrow and lending. We have many more rules and regulations that we navigate daily. I want to be sure that they have a permanent tattoo of lame and impossible service. They have a patient bill of rights that seem to be ignored. Any Insurance or Medical group needs to find another provider and not put their patients and insured through this as it impacts the health and wellbeing of the patients. Too bad that Ron Harrington CEO seems to think they are running a good operation or Cardinal Health needs to PAY ATTENTION. They should be sued for this and maybe they will PAY ATTENTION. They have my complaint with the BBB and have created we are OK response. Usually i do not create complaints on anyone, However, this is my life and my health and I am screaming out to all that THEY ARE THE WORST and i you value your health, all need to PAY ATTENTION and find another provider. read more

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I have had problems with this company for years, as they seem to always screw up my medical orders on a yearly basis, but the last flub is the last. Where to start? First and foremost, anytime I call, it seems that I am constantly on hold with customer service and billing. This gives me the notion that I am not the only one receiving such poor service (look most review sites, this place is the dumps). I was on the phone today for almost an hour with the customer service representative and the billing department and my issue is still UN-resolved. Second, I have had medical supply prices change on a whim due to how they bill or code supplies. I honestly went from paying around 200.00 dollars for a prescription to the next week the product raising to about 800.00 dollars which led me to switch brands. Third and most important, they like to hide mysterious outstanding charges that are almost a year old, never tell a customer about them and then spring them upon them when they are in need of a prescription. They are holding a prescription that I need to take daily to function hostage because I didn't pay my bill, when I did in fact pay my bill and I have proof that I have. I have submitted a complaint through the BBB and will make it a life goal of mine to write as many negative reviews as I can and to tell anyone who is need of medical supplies to stay far away from Edgepark. read more

It is truly astonishing that Edgepark continues to operate given its questionable business practices. This company appears to be engaging in unethical billing tactics, charging both customers and insurance providers for the same products. Our experience began when we were directed by a medical professional to order formula through Edgepark. However, after a year of purchases, we discovered that Edgepark was charging $10-$20 more per can than commercial retailers, with even higher markups for customers on a monthly subscription plan. In addition to inflated pricing, Edgepark engages in a concerning billing process. We would pay what we were told--amounts close to retail pricing--only to later find that Edgepark was billing insurance providers for two to three times that amount. Even more troubling, the company would collect both payments and still send us an additional bill. Accessing detailed billing statements is unnecessarily complicated, with the website providing limited transparency and mailed invoices lacking essential details. Furthermore, their customer service practices raise concerns, as evidenced by their calls requesting to speak directly with an infant, seemingly unaware of the absurdity of such a request. For those considering Edgepark, I strongly recommend exploring commercial alternatives, which are not only more cost-effective but also far more transparent and reliable. read more

I was getting my supplies through Liberty Medical for my insulin pump, since they decided that they were no longer going to do insulin pumps I was switched over to EdgePark and let me tell you it has been a nightmare since day 1. I depend on a pump to keep my sugars inline and in 6 months that I have been with them I have gotten a total of 1 order. December of last year they were supposed to send out an order and hit a snag with the insurance but I was not given a courtesy call or email to inform me of the delay. I called a month later after having to reuse supplies which by no way is recommended. They said on Jan 15 that the order would be shipped and little do you know still no order. Called back on 2/14/18 they said order would ship and I would get it in 3 days. Here it is 2/26/18 and still no order. On the line now with a supervisor and supposedly skin wipes were not being covered because I reached my max and they held up the whole order for skin wipes, in the mean time my sugars have exceeded 450 which has not happened to me in a long time. In the process of finding another company that will work with my insurance this place is a night mare customer service is very poor run as fast as you can and don't even deal with them the stress is not worth it...... The lady in charge of the diabetic department was not only rude, but outright cruel. Edgepark failed to send me the vital medical supplies that I need and when I contacted them to remedy the situation, she basically called me a liar and implies that I had received them and was pulling some sort of scam. She then demanded that I pay a great deal of cash out-of-pocket to get the gear that I needed. Being put in a situation where I have no choice but to shell out a huge amount of money or face the very immediate reality of not being able to manage my disease was essentially having a gun put to my head and extorted. It was a truly disgusting experience and it has been bothering me the last few months, the corruption. In an honest business she would have been fired, but as far as dealing with Edgepark was for me, this was pretty typical of the "profit over care: model that they operate on. When people complain about the corrupt health care system in America, they are talking about Edgepark. There is a special place in hell for whoever profits from this nightmare. I wish pre-existing conditions on all of you. read more

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Edgepark. It is concerning that my daughter's secondary insurance keeps getting removed from her account without any explanation, causing billing and shipping issues. Furthermore, the delays in receiving essential items are unacceptable. Despite assurances of expedited orders, we are still facing pending items in her account. This ongoing problem with Edgepark not only affects my daughter physically but also emotionally. As a provider of medical supplies, Edgepark has a responsibility to ensure the health and well-being of its clients. We are disappointed and dissatisfied with Edgepark becuase of the issues with my daughter's secondary insurance, billing and shipping issues, and delayed items. I believe Edgepark should prioritize customer health and well-being. I would give zero if there was an option - predatory. I am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump who gave birth in May 2019 - they were shuffling us from general custom support, diabetic team, billing department for days only today after yet another longer conversation to realize that they did not even consult the insurance company to ensure I receive necessary medical equipement as they sent wrong one in April 2019 (?!) and it is non-returnable - so according to them, I will be eligible for pump supplies only in April 2020 because they sent not 3-month but 1 year supply .... They do not want to disclose the name of the person who made wrongful request, they do not want to contact doctor, they do not want to contact insurance company ... all they want is to sell outdated equipment ... To illustrate how bad buisness this is they did not even offer to sell the needed equipment for a full price .... I switched the company today ... wish everyone has this chance ... read more

This company is the most backward and ineffective medical supplier I have ever dealt with. Reps don't even understand the prior authorization progress, do not communicate well re: order status. An auto refill of diabetic supplies that I've been ordering now for over a year (quarterly) was just mishandled, requiring several calls from both me AND my insurance company and doctor's office. All parties supplied medical necessity and Rx documents, and edgepark just sits on it, saying they'll get back to me. Not only do they have terrible customer service, their prices are higher (portion not covered by insurance) is higher than ordering directly from the supplier. Once I receive (IF* I receive) this most recent order, I am looking for another supplier and I believe it might just be Amazon pharmacy. If you're thinking of starting a supply order with them, DON'T. Look elsewhere and do your research. read more

The worst of the worst customer service and billing departments. Edgepark bought out the company that was supplying my urology items for 15 years with no problems. When Edgepark took over, they would not accept my urologists' prescription and gave my doctors wrong fax numbers and wrong information needed. I totally agree with another clients remarks: Like others I spent hours trying to sort things out with them. I had to take time off work and still got no where. The Best thing would for the company to close all together. They should be held liable for personal injury. Edgepark is just not equipped to handle the business of medical supplies. I would like to bring a lawsuit against Edgepark for mental anguish dealing with their customer service. read more

Dr sent over an order for DME. Edgepark canceled the order without ever submitting it to insurance or notifying us. They said insurance wouldn't pay. Insurance had already pre-authorized the coverage, and verified they never received a claim for the DME let alone denied it. I even got a claims rep from the insurance to call them to facilitate the claims process and authorize the services. They told the insurance company they didnt even have the Doctor's order. I have spent 5 hours on the phone trying to sort this out for people just to read scripts to me. Now I am without life saving medical supplies because their staff is not trained. read more

If I could do lower than 1 star, I would. HORRIBLE experience since I've started with this company. So happy that I'm switching insurance because there is no excuse for a business to be run this way. Extremely dishonest company that really does not care for it's patients. As a type 1 diabetic, getting my supplies is crucial. I have had THREE experiences in a year where my supplies did not arrive on time. My doctor had to send in my prescriptions TWICE. Totally unacceptable for a medical supply company. Rip off!!!! I checked into my insurance claim details and saw Edgepark was charging my insurance $211 for 10 ostomy bags. After insurance discounts, I was charged $52. Turns out I can buy them on Amazon, no insurance, for $50; or I can drive to a medical supply store and buy them w/o insurance for $62 (insurance price would be around $15). So I went "shopping" and found other medical suppliers covered by my insurance. I can get 20 bags (not 10) for $92 no insurance or $16 with insurance. I contacted edgepark and they said they do indeed charge $211 and did not seem phased about their gross overpricing. read more

Worst ever and when the woman named Lynette @ext 3095 began to give unsolicited medical advice and told me she knew more than my Dr @ M.D. Anderson; a leader in cancer treatment, yet didn't have a clue what my medical history was and yes 5 days later still no ostomy bags had to cancel lung biopsy because had no medical supplies but Lynette can tell me what is going on in the lung after all according to her she " knows enough " . This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I try to order the same thing every 3-4 months and every time it is just a big hassle. It takes me at least a half an hour to do it. They ask me how long will the supplies last and I tell them 3-4 months. Than they say, "Why are you ordering if you have 3-4 months left." Medicare and my insurance company has always paid for the supplies. Now they want a credit card number or they won't ship. I don't want my credit card number floating around. Find some other company. I know I'm looking for someone that is easier to deal with. read more

I had a terrible attention from the return apartment, I called weeks ago before my baby born, to ask about a breast pump information and I provided my insurance information, just asking if a pump was cover by my plan. The person helped me said will contact me to let me know if the pump was cover or not, the next two days I received the pump without phone-call, now my insurance not covered the pump and just Edgepark doesn't want I return the pump and I need to paid it. I wonder if Edgepark (in particular the super special secret DEXCOM team) is aware that some of their customer still WORK! If they were, they might: 1) Make ordering available on-line so you don't HAVE to call 2) Decide to be available for more than JUST DURING business hours when the typical call (if it does not FAIL three times in a row) takes more than a half hour. Employers don't take kindly when work stops for that long. 3) If you one is on hold for more than 15 minutes which is not unusual, the call just drops. Fix That! read more

Edgepark medical supply is literally the worst most uncaring company. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about them. They don't care if you have a chronic disease that needs 24hr therapy. They don't care don't care about their customers/patients medical needs. Edgepark medical has absolutely no business being a medical supply company. The issue that prompted my very negative review was magically resolved the next day. If I had not been so eager to monitor the progress of my order I would not have noticed a temporary return of my order to square one and a maddening conversation with a supervisor who stated that I would have to do everything over with another week's delay. I am just now so grateful to have received my son's DexCom that I am willing to forgive and forget. Maybe Edgepark can work their way up to 3 stars in the months to come! read more

I am just going to have to put this out there, this company sucks. Edge Park will lie TO GET YOUR BUSINESS!! I called them up to find out if they accepted my insurance of course the rep. said YES and covered all my medical supplies. To my surprise they did not and before I knew and getting billed then on top of that they put the CRAP in collections.
